Just purchased a car from Sajiv, he was very knowledgeable and quick at helping me put together a shortlist of cars that were currently in stock to take a look that met my criteria as well as knowing the differences/ pro’s & cons between the models that we were comparing, he got me a quick & fair trade in price on my previous vehicle too. Very fast turnaround from arrival to driving away with all the paperwork done. Exactly what anyone would want from a dealership experience. All the staff I interacted with were very helpful, I’d be more than happy to recommend John Hughes to anyone!!

Tam Phan was the car salesman who went above and beyond to help me find a car that was in my budget and made sure it was all but brand new when I picked up my Mitsubishi Mirage.nnThe company is full of people who are happy to help you find your dream car. They aren't pushy and will always listen to what you want while working within your budget. If I need a car in 10 plus years that's how good they take care of their merchandise. I purchased my Ford Puma from John Hughes and it was a flawless experience. Miki and Brad were with me from the start. I had never bought a car before and I felt safe and taken care of the whole way through. Miki and Brad, thank you!

Both my brother and I purchased cars from John Hughes which have both had various issues and required big repairs not long after purchase. My car, they tried to conceal damage on the front bumper by painting over it. The under carriage of the vehicle was loose and almost touching the floor. I contacted John Hughes who told me it was my fault for not inspecting the car underneath. The clutch on my car also needs to be replaced. My car has not had a smooth transition since I bought it. It hasn’t even done 82,000 kilometres. My brother’s car had a warning light on not long after he bought it. For YEARS John Hughes said to ignore the light because their tests came back fine. Fast forward 5 years later a mechanic elsewhere investigated and found there was a cut wire causing the issue. Both of us had extended warranty. John Hughes are lying and deceitful. I tell everyone I know to not go to this dealer. Disgusting they are still in business.
