My partner and I went in just to look at a couple different cars last Friday and meet with Paul Haddad. Showed us the options, wasn’t pushy like most salesman, let us look without over stepping and answered any questions or concerns we had. We ended up buying one of the cars that day and had an overall great experience. Paul made things nice and smooth and picked the car up the following Monday. Highly recommend seeing Paul.

Very poor after sales service by Service & Parts centre in Welshpool. Have an issue with my purchase of a Ford Everest Titanium...front RH sensors beeps continually , eventhough there's no vehicle or obstacle in front of me ...happens when I slow down or brake at the stop street. Was given the run around by a rude Telemarketer ...she herself admitted that it is quite tricky, I say complicated to know where or who to contact regarding such or other service/parts matters ... Ordered some parts thru the eastern states, was only told today when I followed up that they had arrived...WHY couldn't someone call me to tell me that the accessories have arrived and that I can book in a date for the Installs...just so poor customer service...waiting on feedback regarding same. On a good note, I must add though that I received excellent service from the Sales team ,*special Mention to Paul Haddad*@ the John Hughes used car yard in Vic Park P.S - >I first dealt with John Hughes back in 2002 in Melville...give kudos to the Big man himself John Hughes for addressing me in person and wanting to know about his technolgy and the benefits I saw that drove me into his car uaed. It was a real honour Sir.
Awesome customer service from Sebastian W and the way he handled everything. Made me comfortable and being able to select the right vehicle. Being fresh to WA and only been here 1 day these guys took so much pressure off when trying to purchase a vehicle. Trevor Decosta was awesome helping with finance and making the process stress free. Great communication with Trevor and is definitely the best Manager i have dealt with by far. Will definitely be back for an upgrade or another car. Awesome effort guys.

Great place, we just bought a beautiful red Hyundai i30 which is literally perfect, no complaints. Big shout out too Ross who dealt with us through the sale, and made it an easy process and gave us confidence in our purchase. Overall a great experience, and Ross did a great job of keeping a smile on our faces. Would highly recommend!

A few months ago I purchased a car with the help of Connor Wright. Connor and all the team at John Hughes were excellent. As a young women whom just had a car accident and needed to buy a new car, Connor made the whole experience less daunting, and even enjoyable. He was very patient while I explored all my options, extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I am very happy with my purchase and would 100% buy from here again.
It should be forbidden for this company to advertise on radio that they are friendly and non pushy. Non Pushy one could say after our experience. But certainly NOT friendly. My partner was interested in buying a car. When asking about the price the sales man said he needs to check the price. He slammed the door of the car shut in front of my partners face and said he would return with the price. 15 minutes later my partner is still waiting. Finally he goes in the store and asks for the sales man and get told he is in a meeting. WHAT THE F..... We went to a different dealer who confirmed that often customers from this store go to other dealers. And we bought a car at that dealer.
