10 out of 10 for Tom at Fabcar! 

I recently purchased my first Ferrari from Fabcar.  I found Tom to be very honest and precise with his description of the car and as I am an interstate buyer this is very important. 
Once making my way to Perth and dealing with him in person, I also found him to be professional and really helpful, all the way through to delivery to Victoria.
I am very happy with my purchase, thank you Tom for everything!  I have absolutely no hesitation in saying it was a pleasure doing business with you!!!

In one word- Amazing!  Just moved for out of state and Ali got our family a fantastic deal on a Toyota Estima. It was a relief to deal with someone that wants to help you out on your terms, that is fair and doesn’t just thinking about fattening their pockets. 
Would highly recommend anyone that was looking for a car to try them first.

Definitely the best car dealer experience I have ever had. Ali, you are amazing and I will take care of your Crown :) Super humble and patient as it was my first "real" car purchase. I will definitely be back for my Ferrari one day!

It's not very often that you go into a car dealer and you spend more time talking about cars then feeling pushed into a sale. My experience with Ali was second to none and extremely professional. Even though I didn't end up buying a car due to finance on my part Ali was upfront and the experience was very personal. I found myself in the Fabcar showroom simply just talking to a fellow car enthusiast rather than a salesperson.

Bought a car from these guys this week. The car was high quality in every way and nicely priced so really sold itself. The customer service of these guys, Ali in particular, is exceptional. We were treated very kindly and at no point felt any pressure to make a purchase, unlike my experience with other dealers. Ali knows his cars and understood our needs and was genuinely concerned with us getting the right car for our needs. 

Fabcar were very flexible in the deal they gave us, factoring in our financial limitations in arriving at a price. All in all I couldn't be happier with our experience with Fabcar. If/when I need to get another car, I'm tempted to not bother looking anywhere else.

My one tip, consider calling them in advance to let them know that you are coming as they are very much customer focussed.
