I have read some superb recommendations about AHG Mazda Osborne Park however this is not my experience. My European car that I bought at this dealership appears to pose a problem whenever it needs mechanical attention. The car typically spends a day in the workshop with the issue unresolved only to be sent to the specialist the next day for diagnostics. According to the service manager we wont be charged for this day in the workshop as an act of goodwill on the part of AHG Mazda Osborne Park. In my opinion this tone is threatening. I look forward to experiencing some of the glowing service that fellow reviewers have experienced at AHG Mazda Osborne Park as I really need my car for work and asking for a loan vehicle also appears to go beyond the customer service I should expect.
On the 19th of December, 2020, I purchased a Mercedes GLA250 from Subaru Wangara. For the most part, the deal went well enough; however, I had a few issues. Firstly, the staff at this dealership did not return the calls I left for them. Suppose I was lucky enough to catch them, well and good. Otherwise, I was just left hanging. The more significant issue for me was that I noticed the Mercedes air compressor and sealant was missing from the boot. These items are crucial if you have a flat tyre as there is no spare wheel. I pointed this out to the salesman, demonstrated what I was expecting by showing him the unit from my Mercedes A45 and had it written into the sales contract to have the compressor supplied. When I asked the salesman about the missing inflation unit, I was told that it’s been removed from the vehicle and was being stored in the office. It was to be returned to the car. When I went to collect the vehicle, the salesman gave me a cheap plug-in air compressor which has no sealant, and when I told him I was unhappy, I was stonewalled. I decided that I was not going to walk away at that point from the deal, so I resolved to write this review instead. While Subaru Wangara has complied with the strict interpretation of the sales contract, I still believe they have misrepresented the facts and their intentions. I have now purchased a new OEM compressor and sealant from the UK. It cost me $150 and so, for the perceived dishonesty Subaru and AHG can have this review for their savings. I would never return to this dealership. On the positive side, I can say that the staff were friendly, and the repair required to the seat was done to an acceptable standard. The finance officer was friendly and helpful. I haven't tried to contact them post-sale though.
I was asked by Vanel to leave an honest review so here i am. I purchased a 2016 Hyundai i30 from John at Wild West Hyundai. John was very kind and understanding of my current health situation. Unfortunately the next business day the vehicle had to be returned as it was driving horrendously and the Android auto was not working. Turned out the wheel bearing was faulty and Android auto somehow turned off. Vehicle was collected the next day but I barely drove 500m down the road and has to turn around and bring it back. Matt in the service department "forgot to mention" the tyres were scalloped. A call was made to Vanel and 4 brand new tyres were put on which i appreciated. Driving to my brothers place an hour away from my location, the vehicle still felt very wrong. Coming back at this point for a 4th time in less then 2 week period Vanel sent me over to their Kia dealership with a verbal promise that if the vehicle was not repaired, he would give me a full refund. The vehicle was looked over by Darren at Kia who listened to the issues and advised it will be fully looked over. Darren advised the replacement wheel bearing was faulty and replaced and could not see any other issues. Went to drive home and the vehicle still didn't feel right. I contacted Vanel about the vehicle to be told its my issue and his technicians advised the vehicle was fixed. I asked for the refund as verbally agreed but Vanel then told me that he can't do it and I'll have to hold onto the vehicle or take a financial loss to get rid of it. I'm currently going through cancer treatments and sick alot. I needed a reliable vehicle to take me to ans from treatments, doctors appointments and the few days I am able to still work. I do not feel safe in this vehicle at all but sadly due to no immune system can't take public transport. I am left crying at any mention of AHG or the i30 I have purchased and have had to get the antidepressants I take increased to be able to deal with this situation. I have 2 very close friends who have had similar issues with AHG as well. Extremely disappointing and heart breaking to put your trust in someone for this to happen. Would call anyone an absolute idiot for purchasing off AHG.
I bought a car from AHG a few years ago, the cars engine blew about 6 months after buying the car. I was called a liar and blamed for it by the dealer principle. The car had been regularly serviced by AHG. I payed $27000 for the car so was not a cheap car on its way out or so I thought now I have just been told my friends jeep that he bought from AHG has done exactly the same thing. They have had the car back in for repairs 6 times in the past year and refused to just replace the car as it was leaking fuel excessively, had broken down a number of times and now finally while out with their very young children the cars engine blew. They are experiencing the very same treatment I did. On top of that they were left driving a car that put theirs and their young children’s lives at risk! Absolutely apauling company and would rather buy a car off gumtree than ever going near this group again!
Purchased a Mitsubishi Triton GLS from Paceway Mitsubishi. They had to mail out the spare key to me which was fine, however someone thought that mailing a key in a standard envelope would be ok. Well after it went through the mail sorter at Australia post it was trashed. I Called back the dealership they blamed Australia Post first, then they accepted the error and said the trashed key is still working so we wont replace it. Instead sent me out a second hand key and said "there you go fix it yourself" I spend 45k with them including using their finance. I wont ever go back and will be telling anyone who will listen this story. I will also still be chasing them for a replacement key.
My wife purchased a 2015 Nissan 370Z from Total Nissan Osbourne Park WA on Friday. The salesman Isaac was probably the worst car sales person we have ever dealt with . His whole attitude was very negative from the first phone call, to even on the day when we test drive the car. When my wife tried to call him and ask questions he would not return calls, she had to call the dealership to pass on messages for Isaac to return calls. My wife went to Total Nissan one Saturday morning to get her trade in appraised and all of the staff there made her feel very uncomfortable that she didn't even want to go back the day we picked the car up. We only went through with the purchase because of the great car they were selling We will never return to Total Nisssn or any AHG dealership purchase any other motor vehicles
Southside Mitsubishi. Cannington.Wa.I put my 2014 Hilux SR5 in for the Ahg 6 month capped price service.They told me All 4 tyres were bald and would cost me $720 for replacement with alignment included.I took it to Bridgestone tyres and they said i still have 40% tread left! Also i knew my battery was losing charge but they said it was fine.1.5wks later my battery was dead.Not happy with this "aparrently 5 star service"
Beware! Terrible experience with AHG Melville Mitsubishi. After the service the car came back scratched. They don't reply to messages and phone calls. $299 to change only an engine oil+filter as a part of 'AHG warranty servicing' and they put stamps in the logbook suggesting that a full service has been done. No compliance with car manufacturer servicing specification and so dodgy.
Worst customer experience ever at Diesel motors. Their sales person and dealer principal takes no responsibility for past agreement. They're happy to make all sorts of agreement with you to get you to purchase a car from them but then later claim "can't recall".This isn't the first time they use deceptive technique.Would not recommend anyone going there.Dealer principal very unprofessional. The "Write a review system" is flawed.. you have to rate at least a star for you to be able to post even if you think they're not worth any star at all for their customer service.
This Company have Never been Honest with me When I was Buying a Car and on my Servicing of my Car they find any reason to add on a few hundred to the bill . Also they have not been Honest on who they will go to with Finance Applications told me we will go to McQuarrie just as i had asked them to now i find out they went to St George whom i did not want them to go to and never even approched McQuarrie. It makes me wonder if it is because St George give better Kick Backs on the Loans.
