Traded in our MY15 LTZ for the latest Z71 recently at City's, totally enjoyable experience an our sales person Jared being very professional an non pushy.

My experience buying a car from city motors was amazing, big thank you to all the team for making it easy and making us feel like we where apart of the family instead of a peace of meat like other dealerships we went to. They gave us our space and were always there if we needed advise. I have bad credit and they still got me approved on the car I wanted and explained everything so well instead of taking advantage of my situation like other places in the past. The people at City Motors went out of their way to make my car correct again. No - it hadn't been serviced for some time and the guys looked after me extremely well. They could have gone to town on me - but the honesty and sincerity displayed was refreshing and I will only have my car handled by Dave and the guys from now on. Also, Brett the used car manager is a fantastic guy who will look after you. No - I didn't even buy the car from there either and they still treated me like a long term customer. I bought my car 5 months ago from City motors. Tung the salesman was fantastic to deal with. Best car buying experience I've ever had. I recommend him any time to friends and family. Unfortunately I had a minor accident a few weeks ago and after the insurance fixed it they were hesitant to pay for the full cost of the protective coating on my car as it's quite pricy. James agreed to sort me out and made this experience really good. I cannot speak highly enough of him. I've bought a car elsewhere in the past and didn't like the after service. City motors for me changed that experience.

Buying a car from City Motors Perth was a very easy and pleasant experience. The entire staff is very easy to deal with, especially Mr. Kiaren Lever, who was very friendly and helpful and not pushy like other salesmen I've dealt with. I have just purchased 14-8-13 a shinny new VF Calais V from City Motors I found the Staff and Service at City Motors to be outstanding and with this being my 7th Holden there is absolutely no doubt that this is my best experience by far. What makes it so special is the way I have been looked after as a customer, nothing has been too much trouble including the optional extras and financial aspects of the purchase. Upon delivery my new vehicle was positioned on show inside the new showroom which was a very nice touch, my salesman Chris was there to meet me and explain in detail the many features and settings of what is no doubt one of the most technically sophisticated cars Holden have ever built, upon conclusion of my briefing I was introduced to the dealer principle Mark once again a very nice touch and as a purchaser it makes you feel pretty special. There are some businesses out there that could certainly learn a thing or two about customer service from the team at City Motors. Thank Guys!

I recently had my car serviced at the City Motors Service Department and wanted to share my fantastic experience. My Service Advisor was attentive and kept me informed on my car’s progress throughout the day, which I really appreciated. The work was carried out in the time frame that I was advised and everyone was extremely friendly when I returned to pick up my car. This is the first time I have returned to City Motors in a number of years but I won’t be taking my car anywhere else in future!

I recently purchased a 2010 Holden commodore VE SV6 and had the pleasure of dealing with Graham Clements and the team at city motors, I have to say that he was very professional and extremely helpful when it came to my purchase of the vehicle. I have recently had my vehicle serviced by the team at City Motors, I was very impressed with the level of service I received from my initial enquiry on the phone to the actual service, being not mechanical in any way it was great that the service advisor explained to me the breakdown of what was being done and that they would give me a report for any other required service issues. When i picked up my car i was very impressed "my car was sparkling clean" the cost was as originally quoted and this was fantastic, I certainly will be back for my future services, the coffee is good too!!! it was good to deal with real genuine people.
