10/10 customer service for the team at Palazzo. The lady at reception was warm and welcoming + hooked me up with some Xmas choccy! Booked my car in for investigating a mechanic issue, first the secretary was pretty rude on the phone and after waiting 2.5 weeks for the service someone call me 2 days prior the service from the shop to report that they can't fixed it. Totally waste my time and bad service, please go somewhere else!
Very friendly team, they fit me in last minute and did a great job. Would definitely recommend.
Highly recommended. Ive been getting my cars serviced by them for the past 6 years. Great service.Fast and efficient.They know their stuffs. Even if i moved a bit far i still get my car done by them. Everytime i drop my car its a real pleasure how my car runs after the service . They take great attentions to details and try to make everything perfect as possible.
Tremendously helpful and efficient, coordinated an immediate fix to vehicle inspection problem at very reasonable price.
