Had an oil change done fast and cheap. Accurately listed other problems with my car without pushing me to have it done with them. Too many spelling mistakes for my taste. Friendly owner.

I have had car service and repair experiences with brand dealerships, small independent local car mechanics, a national mobile car mechanic brand, and Ultra Tune Perth City.

I have realised, from experience, that Don and his team at Ultra Tune Perth City are a valuable rare find.

I have been using Ultra Tune Perth City for around 3 years. Don and his team at Ultra Tune Perth City are my most adored and most trusted car service and repairs business in Australia.

Don and his team are extremely knowledgeable, and extremely thorough, and have diagnosed root problems that other mechanics have missed.

Even though I moved 17km away from Don's shop, after I had a painfully awful experience with another car repair company, I had to send that car to Don's shop for repairs. 

Don always listens intently, patiently, and he shows genuine care. Don always speaks in a non-hurried, calming, almost peaceful voice. Don is always happy to answer questions. Don explains everything in a way, and using terms, that I can understand. Don always keeps me informed every step of the way, even calling me every day in order to keep me updated. Don always keeps me well-informed of costs and his pricing is very reasonable. 

Don never makes a decision for my car without my prior consent eg he will never buy a car part without asking me first. Anything I ask Don to do, he's always been happy to help with it, and whatever I ask of him he never sees as a hard request, and he never sees my requests as an issue. Don has NEVER forced a decision onto me - with costly or complicated issues, Don has never presented only one option, he'll always seek as many options as possible and then present all of them to me. Don always does what he says he will do, so there are never any nasty surprises. 

Don's Head Technician is also extremely friendly, really patient, incredibly happy to help, and in seamless communication with Don. 

For partnering businesses like an auto spark or an upholstering shop, Don refers us to businesses that compliment his name - businesses with business owners who are friendly, reasonably priced, and highly skillful at what they do.

Don is a rare find - an honest, hard working, highly skillful, genuinely caring person. 

I highly recommend Ultra Tune Perth City.
