Due to a negative experience I had in the Netherlands, I was unsure if I would receive an appropriate reaction and level of care. But after visiting VFS in Perth, my perspective has altered. As I waited for my turn, I saw that every operator was kind and skilled at dealing with clients and overall atmosphere is friendly. I want to especially thank Jayalakshmi for handling the renewal of my passport flawlessly. Before it was my turn, she gently explained the procedure to the customer as well as to me. The client in front of me has some reservations regarding their application, and she has patiently listened to them and again presented justifications, reassuring them that their procedure will proceed. Thank you, VFS Perth team; continue the good work
I didn't trust when people said their service has changed until I had to visit them it was an absolute pleasure to be served by manpreet they where polite they had given me a call when I missed one of the signatures on a paper. They assured everything was fine I applied for a renewal of my passport. And I'd say that I received my new passport after 1 week of application, where they said it would take 5 to 6 weeks. Great work guys. But I'd still cling to complaining that their governmental websites are absolute garbage. Wish they changed the websites for easier access. But then keep up the good work and keep serving keep continuing the same to the community.
I arrived an hour earlier to try my luck to submit my UK Visa Application earlier. Jen greeted me at door and helped to allocate an earlier time slot. I really appreciated as I had another appointment lining up. Jen shared the office with Harwinder and they were both very friendly and efficient. Thank you for the wonderful experience. Although UK visa application is hectic, the submission was hassle free.
Recently, I accompanied my wife to apply for a Singapore visitor visa at the VFS Global Perth office. All the staff members we met were very helpful while we waited for our appointment. Jen attended to us, and we were incredibly impressed with her friendly and professional approach. It was such a positive experience, and we do look forward to visiting them again soon.
Hardworking staff with fantastic customer service. Recently applied for the renewal of an US visa. and either my passport and documents were safely managed through VFS. A staff lady, her name is Bom, were in charge of my documents and she was always nice, kind and helpful all the time. I strongly disagree with some bad reviews.I widely recommend this services.
Applied UK visa and was assisted by Harwinder. I would suggest to upload all of the documents prior visit for a seamless appointment. Service from staff were prompt and helpful - very different to what I experienced 7 years ago. Great improvements have been done, well done team!
Rekha was an incredible help, gorgeous salesperson, kind and helpful with great knowledge and humour, would recommend to anyone. She was incredibly understanding and helped me obtain all necessary documents. She is an outstanding professional and I hope she is promoted greatly during her time at VFS
Thank you so much VFS Perth team, the staff was really helpful, due to some reasons I was not able to book appointment with my wife. However, Elaine authorized Isabella and Jen to complete both application on same time. they were super helpful during entire process.
Every single time I have been here, the people are courteous,helpful and attentive. I had to come for my wife & children's application quite a few times and appreciate the support extended by each one of them. Truly a good experience. Keep up the good work guys. Regards Hassan
