I was in navitas for 8 months, the truth is I loved it, the experience depends a lot on the teacher you get, the classmates and everything, but my recommendation is to focus on the objective you have: learn. There will always be things that we like it ir not. In general the school is good, enough to accomplish the main goal, and most of the teachers I had were really good. Thanks Navitas!
Terrible customer service. Had a PTE test scheduled. Called to let them know I would be there 15 minutes early instead of 30. Sean spelling could be different copped an attitude after I asked him to repeat his name the signal on the call was poor. Also, told me there's nothing he can do because the English school is separate from the testing center. When I arrived, the desks for the two were less than a meter apart. When I asked for information at the front desk, the desk attendant told me they couldn't help as the test center and English school are separate. Again - the two are less than a meter apart. I can't imagine how this condescending and unhelpful attitude manifests for people with English as a second language. Would avoid this school entirely if you have any other option.
It is a good centre to give PTE test. But while giving test it's too loud. When I gave my test as much as u remember there where about 9 to 10 people for test in a room. It is too loud to concentrate and give the exam. They should do something to reduce the noise while giving test.
A SCAM CENTER Paid for $400, and the only missed information I input is my middle name. Guess what? They turned me away from the test. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. They could update my middle name details, and they still told me to pay another AUD$400 for the test. If middle name was that important they should make a box for it in the registration details.
It is a good place to learn English, if you don't learn it is possible that you are to blame, there are teachers who are extremely patient
This test centre will make you regret ever stepping in the premises. The staff there are very rude. I went there for my test and was told to just go left and sit on the benches. After 30 minutes i went and asked the front desk if i need to do anything before the test and they told me the same thing again. As the test time did come, the guy who was taking people to tests room told me that i have to be there before 45 minutes and when i told him that i have been there for the last 45 minutes he just very rudely told me that i have to sit on the “RED” benches and not the benches i was sitting on which was literally 1 metre away but of course he annoyingly told me it was my fault and now i made everyone late at the test. Even afterwards i was very angrily told by the same guy that apparently my middle name is not there so i need to leave the premises and book another test and i was just standing there dumbfounded as how this guy has no empathy and is working like he is being forced to work there. Anyway after a little protest he printed me out a form with a case number and told me to call a number and file a case. I will give this institute 0/10 and reading from the other reviews i am not the first victim here. DO YOUR SELF A FAVOUR AND BOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE where the staff is actually happy to help you and not being forced to.
This is the most upset I have ever been from a customer service standpoint. PTE has failed to be a reasonable testing service with terribly poor communication skills or support. No one on your help line speaks clear english, and I cannot understand or get assistance. As a result I have now payed out $900 without actually doing an exam!!!!! I am furious. English is my first language, I only need this for PR reasons.
I'm loving the experience of studying at Navitas, great teachers. A good tip for anyone looking to study in Perth
I regret to report that my recent encounter was unsatisfactory. The reception team would benefit from improved communication skills and a more respectful demeanour. The initial impression left much to be desired and may have influenced my perception of the overall experience. I believe there is room for improvement in providing a customer-focused service rather than being perceived as solely profit-oriented. Seems to me that You are Money Seekers ONLY!
I am probably one of several Papua New Guinean students attending Navitas in 2023. I really enjoyed being here, because every staffs here at Navitas are so kind and very helpful. No matter where you come from, they are always in there best to treat everyone equally and openly. Therefore, Navitas is a great pathway to your future career!
