What a rude experience I had applying for a position there Peter the dealer principal and Katrina the sales manager promised to get back to me neither did rude if nothing else The Director Doug Kerr said he would get back to me however he arranged for his dealer principal to come back to me In my opinion they both lied to me saying they had two vacancies available however on further investigation I was informed by Peter only one vacancy was available and he had filled it In my opinion How can you trust them? When they want to sell you a car they will not leave you alone If I was a salesman and did not follow you up How long do you think my job would have lasted In my opinion if they are unreliable and only employing staff that are easy to manipulate that suits them How reliable are they at looking after you as a customer? In the past 30 years I have cared about customer service as customers pay my wages and I have a duty to respect that and help them Please use them to get a price then call another dealer that may care about you

Very happy with the service I received today. The mechanics did a great job. Receptionist very helpful friendly.

Wouldn’t recommend Shacks, we bought a new car recently and overall the experience wasn’t great. The salesman has apologised and we’re going to sit down and discuss it in a couple of weeks so we’ll see if they can change our view of their customer service.

Bought a used car from them. Broke 3 times in 1 year. Called Shacks and am told all of them not under warranty. They hide some problems that already the car had and sold it to us and told me it's not their problem. Customer service was also rude on the phone. I never come back. They should sale only new cars. They don't look after well used car once they sold.
