I Went to buy a $83,000 200 series vx this week expecting to get it for 80k...told him i had 70 grand cash and was going to finance the remaining 10k...he told me it was a fixed price and wouldnt negotiate even a dollar...so i got in my car and left as there plenty of others on the market for the same price and just in as good of condition with bugger all kms on...
was also the first car dealer ive ever been to were i had to go searching for someone to talk about the car...ill spend my money else where

Absolutely disgusted by the service. Tried to bully us into a contract we hadn’t signed and then withheld our deposit. Went to another dealership that uses the same lender only to find out they gave false information just to get our loan approved. Don’t buy from here. Super dodgy and the absolute worst customer service.

Absolutely terrible!! Took my car in to get the clutch fix under warranty and still charged me 900$ and found out they did a super dodgey job on it. They cut corner!. They use 4 bolts instead of 7 bolts and 2 of the bolts they use was cut in half. They also didn't use the proper seal, so water can get in but not out. I do not recommend buying any cars from here. They would have ripped off a lot of people to get that face lift on the yard.  Buyers be careful.

Asked for assistance to test drive. Was told the sales person was too busy and that there was no one else available. Asked to wait 5-10 mins for sales person to come back. After 20 mins sales person walked past us, didn’t look at us or apologise. She walked on with someone else. 

Don’t recommend to anyone!
