Jensen Auto was highly recommended to me. Without my car I cant work so they gave me the use of their loan car while mine was in the shop so I could still make it to work. I can also highly recommend Paul and his team they kept me updated on the work and the price I was quoted was what I paid. Very happy.

I had a very bad experience with them.I had arrived in Perth for a few weeks and I got a car with plg with problems.I found them on the internet and when I got there the owner told me that if I wanted to know the problem of the car I had to pay $350.I didn’t speak English and I didn’t know how moving around the city so I left the car there and agreed.Two days after he called my wife(she spoke English)and asked us around $1200 more because the problem were the injectors he said.I was very surprised and sad to know that bad news but I needed the car and I agreeded again.the days ticked by and the car wasn’t ready.after many calls ,he told us that he needed more money to fix the car.after about two weeks and after paying more than $2000 I went to pick the car up. I was very sad about the money I had to pay for that but I needed the car and I was trying not to think about that.after just a couple of days my car was like before and I  brought it back to him.in that days I was forced to go to work by taxi.they never fixed my car.I picked it up from them and I brought it to another mechanic in Osborne park who fixed it with $200.when I told him than I paid more than $2.000 for that he didn’t believe me.My first reaction was going to police but I didn’t want other problems so I kept my sadness and I tried not to think about that anymore.I DO NOT REALLY RECCOMEND HIM.It was the worst experience I had in Australia.

Paul and his colleague (Mel) were very professional in their service. My car was making some noise problems for the past couple of months and it is now running smoother than ever. Due to my work schedule and me needing my car as part of my job, Paul was able to tailor a time for me and was very efficient. I have since recommended my Dad to use his service and will be recommending my friends and family to use him too.
