I had my first job in Australia in this workshop in 2016. It was completely terrible experience. The business owner Alex didn't even pay me since he thought I shouldn't get paid for learning. Should we trust a business whose owner doesn't want to adapt to Australian laws and culture?
I was a regular customer of KL motors for few years both of my cars serviced there. I wanna share my horrific incident that one of my car I spent$850 on major serviced at KL motors and they said we fixed so many things and it’s safe to drive for next 6months without any worry and assured me it’s all safe but the next month after serviced my car I was driving on 60zone the whole axle broke down and car caught on fire then I called fire brigade and lastly my car goes in wreckers and fire brigade guys said that I am really lucky that I was not driving on freeways coz it can end up badly. When I spoke to KL motors owner alex about that incident he was arguing with me very rudely and didn’t want to sort this out.I showed him my car pics with fire brigade and all but still he was arguing that he need more evidences. My question is if I spent $850 on major service and next month my car end up in wreckers because they didn’t do there work properly. I could badly injured because of there mistakes. They ripped me off. Never ever go there
My family and I have been sending our  cars to KL Motors for years. It was good but the service got worse over time. The last straw was when my husband sent his car in and was recommended a few things, including changing the fuel pump but it created more problems. When we went back, they told us to keep receipts and take photos of the fuel indicator etc for a few weeks. When we showed them the evidence as they requested, they rudely told us to settle the problem with the supplier of the fuel pump and refused to take any responsibility. Now we service our cars elsewhere and are much happier. Will definitely NOT recommend KL Motors to anyone.
The technician looks at the area where small service needing and back with few plastic nuts within 5mins job done and receipts issued by the receptionist.
Good service good price.
If you're know nothing about cars. This is the right place. They are a honest bunch who would not be charging you an exorbitant dealership servicing price. They will not take u for a ride or invent a fake fault with your vehicle.I trust these guys with my new and old car. They are efficient as well.
Friendly and fast service at really reasonable prices. Don't try to rip you off like almost every other mechanic. Been coming here for years. Edit: Been great until my last service when they recommended doing some work that shouldn't have been done, causing me to have to pretty much write off the car.
