Bought a fridge and washer about 12 months ago. And conveniently 2 weeks after the 3 month warranty both of my appliances needed repair, when I contacted them and asked for help I was told quite rudely to bring them in at my own cost. So now 12 months later I’m still having trouble, I advise everyone to stay away from dodgy second hand dealers like ed the fridge man!!!

Great service and a good range of fridges. We were in a tight spot when our second fridge stopped working the night before we were going away. Ed the Fridgeman stepped up with prompt service that had us sorted prior to our departure.

Amazing service from the lovely lady answering the phone to the gentleman who fixed the fridge. Prompt service, great price repairs and all in all a very easy process to get the fridge back up and running. I am very happy to highly recommend this company and will not hesitate to contact them again should the need arise.

Great service & at a very reasonable price. Our freezer, which was part of a matching pigeon pair, kept tripping our RCD & the electrician said we would have to replace it. We contacted Ed the Fridge Man to come & have a look at what was wrong & they promptly booked an appointment. Prior to the appointment time Robert the technician called to let us know he was on his way & arrived at the agreed time. He quickly found the problem (the defrost heater had failed) & because he had the part with him he replaced it straight away. He explained what had happened clearly & succinctly & even replaced the fridge light. We saved big $'s & couldn't be happier. Brian & Sue - Karawara
