Very disappointing experience. My appointment was at 5:40 pm and the store closes at 6 pm, yet the staff were clearly rushing and not friendly at all. From the start, I was made to feel uncomfortable despite having a confirmed appointment.nnMy 4-year-old daughter urgently needed to use the washroom. I politely asked for permission to briefly step out so she could use a nearby bathroom, but I was told that if I did not return before 6 pm, they would close and not give me the uniform. At the same time, I was expected to stay and wait there for my name to be called to collect the uniform. This put me in an impossible and unfair situation.nnI understand business rules and closing times, but there was absolutely no empathy, patience, or flexibility shown—especially toward a young child. If appointments are given so close to closing time, customers should not be treated with pressure or rudeness. Overall, the service was unprofessional and very disappointing.
I can appreciate this would be an extremely busy & demanding business to operate, but seriously!nSchool uniforms are essential, options for purchasing them aren’t a choice for parents, so when we have to rely on them it’s not negotiable. The customer service is appalling, emails take months to be replied to. Phone rings a few times then goes to automatic recording with no way to leave a message.nI’ve been waiting on an order of over $200 worth of clothing for 3 months. One shirt was sent and nothing regarding the other 6. Beyond driving a 1hr round trip to the store I don’t know how to find out what’s happening
Great customer service and very welcoming staff. Thank you to Aliyah for making my shy daughter feel comfortable during her uniform fitting. We had a lovely experience at Uniform Concepts Willetton and appreciate all the staff.
Friendly staff the store is a pretty medium size for it, a lot of childrens uniform are in stock and available to buy same with high school students as a lot of schools have their official uniforms here, the line isn't that long only during the start of the school year but still service is fast
Never a good experience. I wish you could get uniforms elsewhere. Will complain to the education department as this is not good enough. Click and collect orders take 48 hours and you can’t just go down there as they can’t guarantee they have stock. Schools can’t impose compulsory uniforms then make it impossible for you to get them. I’d say stay away but we can’t and they know it.
