I have been using this shop for years and never once had a good experience there . Recently been in as my granddaughter is now going to high school next year . I was hoping for help since when I walked in it was completely empty apart from 4 ladies working in there . I wasn’t sure what I needed but the lady went to show me the shirt I needed but luckily I knew that the shirt she was showing was for seniors in the last years. I muddled through with absolute no help whatsoever . All the ladies in there looked very grumpy and I even tried to make a joke but no response whatsoever . I’ve never seen such a miserable bunch of workers . They didn’t even mention anything I might need. Whilst I was paying I remembered I needed a hat which I’d forgot but surely these are items they could have promoted me with . Then at last minute I saw the backpacks and purchased one of this too. Not once did I see anyone slightly smile or try to help me choose ir give me any ideas . I basically had two sales ladies, one stood next to me watching me and the other stood a few feet away whilst I muddled through on my own . No other customers in the shop . It was the most awful experience and to be honest very similar to every time I’ve been in there. Would be so easy for staff and nicer for customers to be met with a smile and lovely greeting. Just spent $700 and couldn’t wait to get out of there . Looking now for alternative shop as have several more granddaughters and really begrudge giving these miserable people my money . Never give feedback before but this really needed to be said .nWendy
2nd pair of sport pants that was not good quality. my child worn them twice and already a huge rip in the knee. I was asked to bring them in to be sent away. ofcourse I was told because they were at the knee they won't accept it. they need to make better quality clothing that will actually last. both blue and white layer in these were ripped for the price of them it is shocking. then to be asked do you want to come collect them, why would I possibly want a damaged pair of pants that can't be fixed or worn again. very disappointed in clothing and customer service as they didn't really care when I voiced my opinion.

Service was very quick and special sale price on school polos was a pleasant surprise at $15ea! Got extras and walked out smiling in under 5 minutes. Can't complain... today!
