It was my first visit and I experienced a terrible customer service. I wish there are other suppliers for the particular school that my daughter would be going so that i don’t have to visit that store again. I can’t judge all the staff working there but that one female staff whom i met was very unprofessional. I think she needs more training on how to serve customers. she was like i came to her asking for free clothes.nAnd heartless act was that she didn’t even let my six years old daughter use their bathroom to pee even after requesting twice and they another staff was involved too heartlessly denied saying the bathroom is not meant for public. My husband and my daughter had to drive here and there looking for a place to pee as my daughter couldn’t hold the pee. They could at least be flexible to let the customers use their bathrooms in emergencies as any age kids would be coming to the store with their parents to try on the sizes.nOne just can’t be so heartless.
We came all the way from Bentley to buy uniforms just to see the store closed! By the way google map shows open! Please update it so that you don’t waste people’s time! So annoying!
Staff are unprofessional and unhelpful to people clearly new to uniform shopping. Just stand there not smiling and don’t offer any assistance.nnDidn’t explain changes to the uniform design when they provided something different to our list. No ETA on a back order without prompting either.

With school staring again and organising uniforms for 4 children, this task sounds like a scene from a horror movie.nLuckily the staff and friendly atmosphere at Uniform Concepts was a great experience.nIt looked very packed with families walking in but they have a very good effective system that sees them ima be out with ease.nThank you for the help
