Today I accompanied my friend, and unfortunately we had a very unpleasant experience. The tall blonde lady, around 25+, spoke to us quite rudely and told us to sit down and not touch anything, when we were clearly just trying to browse. She made us feel as though we were being treated suspiciously, which was very uncomfortable and upsetting.nnTo that staff member — customer service and basic manners go a long way. Customers should feel welcomed, not judged.

Great experience at Uniform Concepts Wellington! The staff are very friendly and helpful, even though they look quite young. I’ve been there multiple times and have always been well looked after. However, some uniform sizes are often out of stock. Overall still a very happy customer!

Placed on order online on Monday for 3 jumpers for my son. The website was extremely clunky and difficult to navigate. Once I placed the order and made payment I realised it had automatically included delivery which I didn’t want and that I’d got the quantities of jumpers mixed up.nnInstantly tried to amend the order online only to find that was impossible. I contacted the company explained what had occurred and wanted to amend the order to the correct quantities and pick it up in store. They said they needed an IT person to do that & they we call me by the end of the day. That didn’t happen so…nnI called back the following day and dealt with someone who didn’t care about the issue, only who I spoke to. After she did some internal calculations she claimed she knew who was dealing with it and said that person started at 1pm and they would call me. That didn’t happen.nnNow, I’ve just received an email saying they’re processing a refund & the money will take up-to 10 days to be returned to my account.nnSo with out any discussion, the order has been cancelled and I have to wait to have the funds cleared back to me.nnWhat should have been a simple transaction has resulted in disadvantage to me.nnReading the reviews for them, seems like this is just how they operate.

Poor customer service who so ever picked up my call this morning tone of voice rude system is down online shes making me feel it’s my fault. Telling me I will have to wait anyway even if the system is up and running because they might not even have the items that I have ordered, which I ordered showed in stock! Not out off stock if it’s not available and I have to wait its false advertising for consumers.

Went into the Willeton store today and experienced very bad customer service from one of the staff members. It was not busy at all and I just wanted to have a look to see what size shirts would fit my boys and she said in a rude tone “can you not take it off the rack”. I was made to feel uncomfortable as if I was trying to steal something. I have gone to this store for the past 20 years and have never received this kind of treatment. Will not be returning.
