Ben at the Belmont store was very pleasant. He restored me iPhone 6 which had been written off and sitting in a draw for 12 months. Great to deal with and fixed for very reasonable price. Fully recommend to anybody with phone issues

The only place I have taken all of my damaged phones for the last 6 years. The team here are trustworthy and skilled. Excellent work, prices, and customer service. I've presented some busted handsets over the years and they always exceed.

These guys are great. They are honest and efffcient. A pleasant surprise. Fixed my surface pro quickly and for a fair price. Highly recommended. I can’t believe the very few negative comments, but these guys have perfectly explained all the negative comments. Come on people, recognise a great little business when you experience it and lay off the dumb comments when you should be taking responsibility for your own mistakes. Keep up the great work guys. 👍

Okay edit, my battery was replaced twice by phone ninja, it was still rubbish. I went home fuming cause it seemed like it wasn't changed and wrote a grumpy review about the willetton store. I received a call from Damien within an hour or so and he had seen my review and he explained the other reasons for it not working and he had replaced the battery himself so it definitely wasn't the battery. Like I said in my previous review (which is gone), they have always been fairly quick and a good price. He offered for me to drop it in and he would take another look at the phone entirely free of charge so in the end it was pretty good.
