G’day! We’ve recently taken service from Shawn when our almost new gas fired water heater gave up all of a sudden. Well, it was winter afternoon and we had a bit of inconvenience as the hot water stopped coming. Shawn showed great sense of urgency and quickly guided us over phone about some preliminary checks which we could do ourselves, before coming over himself the next day and fixed the water heater without changing anything. That was a very welcome fix given the situation we were in. After that, the water heater gave up once again and a small thermocouple had to be replaced, which Shawn did within few hours once we reported the issue. We liked Shawna’s promptness of the service and his ability to accurately detect the problem fast. Thank you Shawn for your excellent service. Had a blocked kitchen drain. The plumber had to use his small mechanical snake. Also replaced 1 toilet inlet valve, 1 flexi hose & 1 mini stop tap. The plumber is efficient, a credit to the company. 1.5 hrs labor TOTAL BILL WAS.... $540.10 ! Had to make payment right away ! VERY VERY EXPENSIVE !Services: Toilet repair
I contacted Austwest Plumbing last night because of blocked drainage. Spoke to Dave who was very helpful and arranged Ron to come out first thing this morning. Ron was right on time, did a marvelous job, courteous and helpful all the way and solved every problem there was. Thank you very much again.
I hired Austwest Plumbing to fix my leaking vanity supply lines. It was friendly & good service. But I was so unhappy at a day after as the area still wet. But eventually I found out the problem was with my mixer, the supply lines were connected well.
