I dropped my car in to fix my driver side electric window (as it was permanently stuck and would no longer go up or down). It was a simple task, and it took them DAYS to complete it. Or maybe it didnt, I wouldn't know because they didn't contact me when it was done, I had to go there myself and inquire if the job was completed. "Oh sorry forgot to contact you". What? But look, it was my first time, everybody gets second chances.

I drive away, and the next day I notice that the right side of my speaker is fuzzy. Like someone had tied up and gagged a midget and shoved them into my right side car door speaker. Confused, I took it back to A grade motors to let them know what was up. "Oh, we took out your existing speaker and swapped it".

Why? I didn't ask for it, and they obviously knew what they were doing was in bad faith as 1) I didn't request for this 2) They didn't UPGRADE my speaker they actually downgraded it with a muffled piece of junk I can only assume to be a relic from the early  80s. 

"Can you please change it back please? I didn't ask to change my speaker"
And this is what I get, I lie to you not:

*ROLLS EYES* "It will take time, we are booked full for x amount of days"
HOLDUP SON, HOLDUP.  This guy has just tried to steal my perfectly fine speaker and now makes it out like I AM INCONVENIENCING HIM for asking him to rectify his own misdeeds. The manner in which he talked to me was abrupt and rude, and I have actually never felt so disgusted in my life; not since I first learned what a "rectal prolapse" was. And to be honest, even that was less disgusting than this mechanic's attitude. I ended up taking my speaker and walking down to KL motors and getting it replaced just like that. 

For your own good, do NOT go to these guys. The service is atrocious and the way they scam is outright outrageous. Avoid like the plague.

Willetton A Grade has always been a reliable workshop and has always been up front regarding repairs and costs. I have been a long time customer (since 2002) and have never had a problem. I have recommended friends who now use them as their regular mechanic and wouldnt hesitate to recommend anyone needing any type of mechanical work done, my uncle even comes from NOR to get his car serviced!

Great service! highly recommend. Tom fixed a car problem I'd had for ages. Much cheaper than the bmw dealer was quoting. Will definitely go back when my car needs a service.

Going to Willetton a grade was a great experience 
I called up asking for advice with my car and was so happy with the information I got back , I booked my car in the very next day 
He had completed a full report on my car and had called me to discuss repairs , as he could tell my knowledge in cars was not so great so he asked if I wanted toc ome in so he could show and explain to me what needed to be done 
Also was very flexible with my bill and helped me out big time

Have since been back twice a year for the last 4 years to get my car maintained have also passed on to y family and all my friends who have also shared the same experience 

Recommend to every one

My dad has used Willetton-A-Grade and has done for many years. When I started driving, I too sent my car to Tom. I won't go anywhere else.
