purchased a holden colarado 2017 travelled only 33,000kms , the entire underbody chasis had rust the  vehicle was not presented as such online.  case open currently at vcat. These sales people are not honest and lie greatly buyer beware. attached photos when the car arrived to us for evidence.  Don't waste your time and money like we did. attached pictures show the cars horrible condition which easy auto think is normal. the company has several abns which keep changing or cancelling, I noticed while suing them which is very odd and suspicious. they say learn from your mistakes, i know i have the hard way. please buyers beware

I trusted these people to sell me a reliable car. I was lied to and told it had the major service and the timing belt had been replaced. Within weeks of owning the car, it was found it was not replaced and was on the verge of snapping. They replaced it and did such a terrible job that an external mechanic had to replace it again with all new parts. After having an initial problem fixed, I was told it was ready to go only to drive for 5 minutes and realise it wasn't. I had to turn back and take it back for repairs again. I was without my car more than I was with it during the first 2 months of purchase. It required work on 4 separate occasions, only to have never truly have fixed the underlying problem.  I have had constant oil leaks in the 18 months since purchase, to now be told that it was in the history of the servicing and that the dealer would have been aware but clearly chose not to fix it and lie in order to obtain the sale. I asked if there were any known on going issues and was assured everything was repaired and functioning perfectly. I am now facing thousands more to repair the problem with people who actually know what they're talking about, which should have been done before the car was ever allowed to be sold.  I will never trust this dealer and will make sure others know how they get their sales.

I brought a car from these amazing people and two a particular people were just amazing. Lim was very knowledgeable of what he was doing and actually listen  to what I was looking for and he actually found what I was looking for. Then the amazing lady Shelby was also very inviting and also knowledgeable. She helped me to find the right deal. I found the car I wanted and I absolutely love.    I would 100% recommended these guys to the point my sister wants to get a car from them when she graduates.

Me and my partner have just moved to Perth from the UK- we were stressed about purchasing a car after going to smaller car dealerships in Perth who seemed dodgy and didn’t disclose writeoffs! We found Easy Auto online and could not recommend them enough. We had a look at a few cars in Canning Vale and ended up purchasing a small 2013 Fiat at a great price includes roadside assistance and warranty! which is a great runaround car for us : The whole process was simple and every single staff member we dealt with had impeccable knowledge, was super friendly and was more than happy to answer every question we had about the car buying process in Australia as it is super new to us! We wouldn’t hesitate to go back to Easy Auto 123 in the future!

Just purchased an Audi A4 the right speaker wasn’t working at all and they didn’t inform me of this before buying it. The service book hadn’t been completed stamped but nothing ticked off. Went in 2 times and they were friendly but nothing got followed up at all. I am now having engine issues and have had the car shut down and not turn back on a few times while driving and having to put my hazard lights on. Tried to call their service department many many times and lucky to get through to someone maybe 1 in 20 calls. Doesn’t even ring through as if nobody is manning the phones or something. Very put off and wouldn’t buy from here again.

Arrived to pick up the car I purchased to find it was not clean and had empty beer bottles in it. Terrible service with no follow up or response to my emails. Would not recommend this place, always receive great service at Westside Auto.

Bought the biggest lemon from this place back in May.   Within a couple of days I contacted them for a turbo oil leak but was told that leaks aren't covered under any warranty.  Thought this would be picked up as part of their safety checks?  Ended up getting the turbo replaced under the warranty after multiple visits to easyauto123 in joondlup and paceway didn't fix the issue.  Yes it's an older car,  yes it's higher km but the lack of inspection and checks before advertising it on their website is worrying.  Bought the car for towing and the first time we towed with it the engine overheated.   It's now at mitsubishi for an engine replacement......  Would highly recommend carvana in Wangara over this place.

Extremely pleased with the service provided by Quentin Hall, who was extremely friendly and helpful. I have complete trust in him and will definitely return to him for my next car.
