Started with good service, purchased a fifth wheeler. Found out fridge did not work, sent a handy man to try & fix, did not work still. Called a couple of times, promised to send someone else that knows about fridges. Still waiting 4 weeks later😡can’t go anywhere with no fridge.... fobbed off & forgotten. Check stuff people, promises are not kept here. Disappointed to say the least.

5 stars is for their salesman Boone 6 will be when we come back to purchase in December. We were recommended to see Boone to get the best friendly service. We went there hoping to get Boone and was most pleasantly welcomed and greeted by him. His knowledge and patience is just amazing. Well done Action Motors you will have our business coming up for sure. Dean & Cheryl

Was contacted and mislead into believing they had an interest in purchasing my car, at the dealership it was revealed they actually intended to consign it. Dealership owner contacted me within 48 hrs to straighten things out. Appreciated.

Very Disappointed. Our family gave Action Motors the opportunity to sell our Pioneer Camper on our behalf back in July 2017. Our camper trailer had been viewed by numerous witnesses that it was in excellent condition and ready for sale. After numerous excuses and delays our camper trailer was finally returned to us on the evening of Dec 22nd when it was dark. Upon lifting one of the doors we were hit with the terrible odour of mould! This was only the start of what we discovered by torchlight and then further the next day - that our camper trailer had been ruined while it was under the care of Action Motors. There are broken poles. Water sitting in compartments where there should never be water. Rust and corrosion from this is now evident throughout. There is mould throughout the canvas. Rips in the canvas. A cleaning agent has been used which has taken the colour from the mud flaps and a large portion of the metal/aluminium has been tarnished and dull where it was once shiny and looked in near new condition. There are chemical runs through the kitchen draws. The solar blanket has been significantly torn and the camper has been returned to us in a disgraceful condition and the owner is still denying all responsibility despite us asking for a response to rectify on numerous occasions. This is a serious misconduct from Action Motors.

We dealt with Boon who was extremely professional and explained thoroughly the consignment procedure. Our car has been sold in few days and we couldn't be more satisfied! Thank you to Donna as well for the precise admin work.
