Recently, we purchased a Mazda 3 from Parkland Mazda and our experience was overall great and fantastic. Store Manager Bobby & Sales Person Chad were friendly and very helpful through out the process. I wished, it could have been better, if accounts department acted promptly with our lender's requests with invoices, even though, we did not want to take in-house loan facilities .

I would like to thank the team at Parkland Mazda and especially Candice for making the purchase of my new Mazda 3 a great experience. Candice was warm and friendly and not at all pushy which made the purchase hassle free. Keep up the good work Candice

Worst experience i have ever had servicing my car. Went in to service my car, specifically asked for a brake swap. When i got my car back, i had to pay 2.4k in fees but my brakes were not changed as they said that i did not need to change them. Jason, the person that served me promised a free replacement if screeching is still present. First day after service, brakes were fine, screeching came back after the 2nd day. Called them again to get my brakes changed. They refused my request despite their promise. There is no integrity in Parkland Mazda's service to their customers. I will definitely not return for my servicing and i will definitely tell all my friends and family with Mazda cars not to go to Parkland Mazda for service. For people looking for a reliable service center. Parkland Mazda is definitely not for you.

My daughter and I had the pleasure of dealing with a fabulous lady Jaeb ! Thank you so much for your knowledge and great service. Also the lending guru Stephen was brilliant. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend you .

I have dealt with quite a few dealers over the years, but the guys in Parts and Accessories at Parkland Mazda are by far and away the best - every time without fail. Straight, up-front about everything, just a true pleasure. Looking at the other reviews it's the sales team that gets most of the praise, but for us self-wrenching Mazda owners, Parts@Parkland we salute you!
