Me and my partner purchased our first Mazda from Cannington Mazda. From the time we walked in even though it was pretty late at night when we first walked in Ethan gave us the warmest welcome. He was very friendly, supportive and also knowledgeable about the vehicles. He explained every detail about all the vehicles we checked. David Kent was also very helpful and supportive. He was very understanding about our requirements and gave us the best possible financing option. He was always attentive and responsive throughout the process. Alex was equally helpful and supportive. She gave us a really good overview about aftercare, warranty and all other benefits. After going through many car dealerships Mazda’s customer support was is 11/10. Thank you team!

I took my 16 yo daughter Ava to buy her , her first car ,I Spoke to Alfie Wilson-Davies.nFrom the get go this young man ticked all the boxes even asking my daughters name so when I took her there he could address her by her first name to make the whole experience just that little more personalized .nnHe made her feel very involved and never once treated her as a kid. Did I say that this fella impressed us both?nnAlfie made the whole experience just a joy, professional , knowledgeable and very respectful and courteous . We went looking for a vehicle a few months ago and one of our stops was Cannington Mazda. We dealt with Alfi and he was amazing. Great customer service from the moment we stepped on site, he then spent a few hours with us until our purchase was complete. No pushy sales pitch and he had genuine interest in our business. Would recommend to anyone to see these guys. Very grateful to have a great experience with them.
