I recently visited New Town Toyota for a service appointment, and I’m extremely satisfied with the experience. The cleaning team did an amazing job – my car was sparkling clean both inside and out. They clearly take pride in their work and pay attention to every detail.nnWhen it came to the service center, the staff was professional and thorough. They communicated clearly about the work that needed to be done and completed everything on time. I felt confident in their expertise, and my car is running smoothly again. The whole process was seamless, and I really appreciated the friendly customer service. Highly recommend New Town Toyota for both cleaning and any vehicle services!

I recently visited New Town Toyota to purchase some parts for my vehicle, but what should have been a straightforward transaction turned into a frustratingly long wait.nnDespite being the only customer at the parts counter, I was left waiting for an astonishing 40 minutes before being attended to. This level of delay is unacceptable, especially when you're trying to purchase something as simple as car parts.nnThe lack of urgency and attention to customer needs is appalling. As a customer, you expect a certain level of service, especially from a reputable dealership like New Town Toyota.nnUnless they seriously revamp their customer service and streamline their parts department, I would not recommend New Town Toyota to anyone. There are better dealerships out there that value their customers' time.

Its my -ve feedback for Toyota Prado 2023 for NewTown Toyota.nnI hope this message finds you well. I am writing to formally express my concerns regarding a recent purchase from New Town Toyota East Victoria Park, specifically a 2023 Toyota Prado ex-demo vehicle, Rego 1IAY576. On 26 Jan 2025. And its toyota certified vehicle.nnShortly after taking possession of the vehicle, I began experiencing significant transmission issues characterized by jerking and kicking during operation. This has caused considerable inconvenience, as I am now required to schedule multiple appointments with authorized Toyota dealers for inspection and repairs.nnI trust Toyota and their certified vehicles. I suspect that the sales team may have been aware of these issues prior to the sale, as the vehicle was pre-heated for our test drive. This practice may have masked the transmission problems, which appear to be more pronounced when the vehicle is cold.nnI kindly request that the management team investigate this matter thoroughly. Ensuring customer satisfaction and transparency is paramount, and I believe that addressing this issue will benefit both your dealership and future customers.nnSincerely,nS Boparai

I am extremely disappointed with the service at New Town Toyota, particularly from the finance officer, Tonni. She showed a complete lack of responsibility and accountability throughout the entire process. Tonni was disorganized, failed to follow up on important matters, and showed a clear lack of ability to manage her role professionally.nnDealing with her was frustrating she didn’t provide clear information, made careless errors, and didn’t take ownership of anything when problems came up. This kind of service is unacceptable, especially when dealing with something as important as vehicle finance.nnI expected a higher standard from New Town Toyota but unfortunately, the experience was far from it. I won’t be returning and don’t recommend dealing with Tonni if you want a smooth and trustworthy experience.
