Before the year ends finally nnFeeling absolutely thrilled to share that I've just gotten my hands on my very first new car from New Town Toyota nnI can't wait to hit the road and make some amazing new memories with this beauty with my love. It’s a huge different excellence experiences from New Town Toyota in East Victoria Park after our family have cars services in three different places.nnThe welcoming at service entrance was very good, staff handle the booking registration straight in the car bay not siting down in the office.nThe service done on time, log book filled up, car was clean in and out side.nThe services your staff doing deserved to get 5 star. I write this review as I did the review of our experiences from other Toyota service before. I am a fair person when I mentioned something not good is for correction to be better, and if good or excellence is to maintain the standard.nnThank to New Town Toyota and keep your good work.
What is the point in having a new vehicle warranty when a dealer like this just wants to quickly dismiss faults, like a known design flaw in the Hiace 300 series. Like door hinges that fail and rub and scratch up againts the body if you open it too quickly or if a gust of wind catches it. A 50k plus vehicle should be engineered to withstand that sort of use/punishment. I've driven 6 different vehicles identical to this and 5 of them had the same issue. According to fb groups and forums the issue was resolved in 2023 with updated bolts. Other dealers fix this issue but not this one.nnThe lady at the counter said I need to make an insurance claim instead. This isn't the first time they have dismissed faults. First one was a known camber bolt issue that causes excessive tyre wear which is kind of dangerous and other dealers have fixed this issue and even replaced the tyres. Not this one.nnThey did replace my fuel sender unit under warranty and the parts are supposed to take 2-3 weeks to arrive but do u think they called me once the parts arrived? After 3-4 months they did and in that time the fuel issue fixed itself so wasn't a pressing issue for me to call them up.nThat process took them 2.5 days to fix and my vehicle sat for a day untouched. I am aware you also need to make money overcharging people on servicing.nnCustomer service at this dealer is non existent. I also remember the time the receptionist completely ignored me but that's ok.nI gave your dealership a chance and it's such a shame since it's close to me. Get your servicing and warranty claims done elsewhere.
Got to say, from the first contact with Justin and Dom, I was starting to feel at home. The very best new car purchase ever to be experienced. I drank all the coffee , was offered more, and Justin made me a couple. Keep me informed. All the way just helped to make up my mind, I didn't feel presured. Dom, who turned out to be the new car manager, took me aside and accepted and shared my interests. Not 1, not even one of my demands, wasn't met with civility. I shot low ball offers. Not once did I feel any angst from the team. I sat in the managers office while his whole team ran in and out doing the many actions required to meet expectations in sales or what ever they were signing, not my first rodeo so i knew a lot was being signed off. I felt part of the team a family company team. Then I was sold my car, new one. it felt really good to spend my money! I got looked after , and I tried to get it free! I tried to anger them. Nope, they smiled , and in reality gave me the lowest price. As I sat with my wife , I pulled the sharpest pencil out and asked for a further discount on the car then on some freebies. yup, Justin had to present my change again. It was granted. So today we we collected our new car. Justin stole my wife! Sat with her showed her all the things a lot of time was spent to make sure my wife knew all the bells and whistles. I had a lot of time to play my Trump and changed the deal. I bought more parts. Better still, I had a quote, and Dom took a hit on the price. happy I was set up for success, and then! The owner amended his work space. Came down engaged us. Embraced us, pulled my life story from me. Advised us and held us like a Dad. omg, I truly felt like family. So I had to complain. About the coffee was cold . He looked at Dom, and a message of an investigative direction was issued. I am so impressed at how nice, so respectful, caring Dom was. I know he told Jistin to look after us. It's funny that Justin was doing it already. Made my luck! I had disliked car dealers up until this day. or a few days ago when my wife and I both said this is a good dealership. You can feel it!we were wrong! It's the Best!!! It truly was the best experience in buying a car I have ever had. I'm 60. I bought a few b4. True family dealer is New Town Toyota. Nice coffee, too. The best experiences always remembered. Thank you, New Town Toyota Team Family. Fair Square. Really did feel honour, respect, and received great satisfaction. Not to forget the nice ladies from the finace office, the nice lady who explained the care packages and available accessories. The lady that was nice from reception in person and on the phone and the lady keeping the coffee cups washed. awesome experience. Lady from finance office came out and took a picture! Then jist as my wife left in her new Toyota Rouge Ute the nice lady from finace office sent out a framed colour photo of us, Oh, what a feeling comes to mind. John's New Town Toyota!
Very friendly and personalised service. Nick Morfea helped a lot to understand my requirements and advised appropriately without pushing me to take hasty decision. Prices are very competitive too.
