We recently bought a Hyundai Tucson from this dealership and can’t fault the car or the service. I dealt with car salesman, Chris, who was professional, informative, friendly and honest, making this an easy process. We are extremely happy with the car and managed to secure it for a great price. Would highly recommend Chris and this car dealership to others.
A very pleasant experience in the purchase of my new Ford Focus. I cannot speak highly enough of your Salesman Chris. We did the 6 hour drive to Perth and upon our arrival, contacted your business in regard to this particular vehicle . Chris was extremely helpful, in which he drove the car to us for us to view and test drive. It was very smooth sailing from there. We were very happy with our purchase and the customer service given to us by Chris. There were a couple of minor scratches that were dealt with promptly and efficiently. We had arranged with Chris to collect our car at 10am today. The car had been detailed fully and immaculate. Chris is extremely efficient, informative, a pleasure to do business with and an asset to your business.
The best experience we have ever had at a car dealership! As females, Chris was fantastic and looked out for us like daughters. He explained everything really well and was happy to answer any questions we had. Simon was freaking awesome! Finance was quick and easy and made us feel like we had known him forever!! If you want 10 star service head down to these guys. They will get you sorted and driving away in that new car! We will be back in the future!

Jerome and Dylan were outstanding in helping our daughter to assist her with making her heartfelt car dreams into a reality. With minimum fuss and utmost attention to detail they delivered with exceptional customer service. We were absolutely overwhelmed at how her vehicle was presented on the day of collection as though it was a brand new car very clean and glossy polished up with a black veil and a big yellow bow on it.Thank you again
Had a very satisfactory buying experience from this dealership. Outstanding service from the team: Hiro sales provided a very friendly welcome from the moment you enter the door and patient in providing necessary details about the car when asked no matter how many questions you throw at him. Kept us updated on the arrival date of the car. Also, prompt in returning your call when missed. Provided good delivery experience of the vehicle. David after care was not pushy with aftermarket products. He provided the necessary info about the products and let you decide whether you want to add or not. Prompt in arranging warranty of the products. Simon business/finance is really very good at what he do. As we had negative experience with other business managers from other dealership but not with Simon. He provided important details, explains well, happy to repeat when you didn't understand the finance jargon the first time, return your call when missed despite being quite busy as he also do the Volkswagen side of the dealership like David and will do his very best in working towards your finance. I guess the most important thing about these guys is that they are patient in attending to your concerns and happy to answer your questions. Had the vehicle for a few weeks now and very good so far. Looking forward to a very good experience during vehicle servicing. Thanks Hiro, David and Simon.
Worst dealership for servicing your vehicle. Do not take your car for servicing here, they excessively overcharge and when I brought a problem to there attention which I knew exactly needed, they told me it's different and charged me excessively. They also lied by telling me they submitted a warranty claim twice but was denied to find out from manufacturer this was incorrect. And another service found some of items from service were not even done. And when I picked it up and asked twice if it had been fixed and tested and assured it correct. Tested myself and was not repaired, released without proper work done and lied too. Paid $580 for unnecessary work and then told following day the specific part I said I believe is wrong needed replacing. They wanted another $800 for it and trying to avoid covering under warranty. They released a car that was not fixed contrary to statements, refused to accept any responsibility for not doing due diligence when not finding the error I specifically identified and refused any concessions on costs. They even wanted to charge another $180 for looking at their mistake to recheck and put it back together. Absolutely rip off, dodgy as, not to be trusted and in process of lodging complaints with relevant agencies.
Fantastic service. Highly recommend the team at Southside Mitsubishi. They are friendly, professional and always helpful. We love our new car. I will definitely be returning for our next car purchase.
These guys are fantastic. Picked my beautiful car up 2weeks ago, they made the whole process simple and pleasant. Called them this morning in a major rush with a super busy day to get a tyre repaired and they rushed my car in and fixed the tyre quickly so I could proceed with my busy day. Can't thank you guys enough! Five star service all the way.
