As others have said, appears to be under new management, but really disappointed since the change. Had a repair made under warranty, even though it was past kilometers, by previous management since it was a very well-known issue with the model. Now it's just like most dealerships, will wipe their hands clean of things like that. No effort to try and retain customers after the capped price servicing/warranty period - that should really say it all about what type of business they are after. Better value elsewhere.
I was well taken care of by KISHAN during my car servicing. Impeccable customer service and manners, he made sure I was offered a paid Uber service from the shops back to the Service Centre and given a last minute loan car when my car wasn't ready during school pick up time. Even though the car took longer than 24hrs to sort out, which is no fault of his, I was given updates frequently. This was quite an expensive car service to date but he made sure that I had detailed information of what I was paying for, went ahead to fix a technical error even though I had no cover for it, because he knew I would have benefited from this fix in the long run. He worked within my budget and had everything sorted in the end! I am giving 1 star short for this review because of the waiting in between the 2 days and the slightly higher charges during the last couple of servicing I have as compared to another provider. Kishan, well done!
They have a very good customer service, very quick and i feel more comfortable when i explain the servicing as specifically gentle man kishaan always helpful and understand the customers need,.and my car always very smooth each time after servicing when i drive. And kishaan always give the discount each service.
The cars are excellent. This cars are for people looking for cheap to slightly expensive cars. Not as good as the Mercedes cars but good enough. I'll rate them 5 stars for good range and variety, but for epic quality and good service as well as manufacturing of the car, I'll rate it 3.9 Stars. Buying my first car, brand new to save all the hassle is what I thought I bought my car at the end of June this year 2021 and its a great car to drive but the paint work has started to show dark blemishes on almost every panel. It's getting worse each day and although I've contacted the dealership they have messed me around, made me run around for them to take it to a car paint place for them to assess it for me to be told I spilt something on it. I've spoken to several car paint professionals which have said its clearly happening under the top gloss coat and then rusting through. There is also rust under the chassis, on the hinges and under the hood. This car is a lemon and I expect to have to take this to court to finally get a resolution. I wouldn't recommend shopping with Nissan cannington as I feel their customer service is very poor and disappointing.
Very friendly. Very helpful. Like all dealers now in Australia they have a lot of stock on order and the deliveries are a bit longer than your usual waits but I see this changing went the world starts to settle a bit and supplies pick up. In saying this I was very well treated and no bull was flung around. Good honest truths and trust is high here. Well done guys.
Had my car services at another Nissan Dealership and the difference is like chalk and cheese! Great 'friendly' service checking details, asking about your concerns, follow up and advice. Provides good deals and incentives too.
Under new management who seem to know what they're doing! No hidden surprise costs, and the optional recommendations are really optional received a website link to review in my own time. Happy with my most recent service with Total Nissan 13/07/2022. Thanks to the team!
Terrible dealership have spent over $120,000 on 2 vehicles and when there is an issue they wipe their hands of it. They will not disclose information they should at time of sale like known faults and then dodge responsibility.. Go to any other dealer. My Y62 has known paint issues and neither Nissan Australia or Total Nissan will do anything about it. No morale compass??? As a previous yard manager myself I can assure you this is an unethical way to operate a business. As the saying goes choose your dealer before you choose your car. Make this the dealer you don't choose!!!! Wish I could give a negative rating.
Pleased with the service; great people to deal with especially Gary, who is always very accommodating. Been going for almost 6 years now and recently our car’s CVT broke down and needed replacing. It would have cost us nearly $8000 to do the job. Nissan covered all the cost out of goodwill. Loan car was organised whilst it was being repaired. Special thanks to Milan for facilitating all of this. Happy client here.
