I have just picked up the most amazing Holden RSV Astra. I could not fault the service from the entire team. Nick Proudfoot my Salesperson, Justin D'Costa who handled my finance and also for Shane McOuat the Sales Manager who I was referred to in the first place who made it all happen. I dealt with Jackson. He was cruisy and not pushy whatsoever. Quite funny too. He spotted us while driving past on his golf buggy and took me back and forth a few times to some cars I was interested in until I made my mind up. It was a quick and easy purchase and when I'm ready to trade in I'll specifically ask for him. The communication from the finance team Zoe was second to none. Lots of communication all the way through. When it was time to pick the car up they called first thing in the morning and the lady that did the handover made it quick and easy. All round great experience! I'd give more stars if I could. Thanks heaps West Side Auto. Will definitely be back and recommend to everyone.
We went in to see the Red Ferrari and left with something more practical to suit our mediocre budget. Many thanks to the professional sales people we encountered. They were nonjudgmental of our financial situation and not pushy towards purchasing just any car. Salesperson Steve Chance was very patient in assisting my wife and I seek out the type of vehicle we had in mind. Finance specialist Justin D'Costa was very helpful in addressing any queries no matter how trivial. The useful website serves as a user-friendly interface for a virtual tour of existing stock. The cars appear as new and remarkably well maintained. I am extremely pleased with the entire buying process and would recommend to family and friends.
Thanks to Josh and Kieran for making the purchase of my Mercedes C200 such an great experience. They were both great to deal with, very knowledgeable, and most importantly were honest and transparent with the financial aspects of the deal. I put a deposit down on a gt-rspec FPV off these guys they told me the car had never been resprayed and was all original and was immaculate condition. I had a private inspection done on the car. The car didn't have a full service history and half the car been poorly resprayed. They are very difficult and not willing to hand me back my holding deposit for the car as an interstate buyer I strongly recommend people to shop elsewhere Very unhappy and have taken this up with consumer affairs

I recently purchased a car from Westside Auto Bentley, from start to finish I received the best customer service from Bruce & Sean. Bruce sorted out the car for me that best suited my needs with a family and Sean sorted out the finance. They both listened to what I wanted in regards to both.
