At first the service is great however once you’ve paid for your car that’s where it ends. Communication is less then desirable. Return calls is zero. I may upgrade my review in a couple weeks if I get my brand new car back fully operational.
I’m not usually one to complain but when a company says they will do something and they then don’t, it’s frustrating and as the consumer you lose out. Overall our buying experience was good, Luke was v helpful whilst we looked at the car and test drive. He was even really understanding when we had 2 tired kids and had to make the purchase quickly. However, we were told the car would be fully valeted before it was delivered to us again, delivery v helpful! but it feels like a duster has been used to go over the dash and controls but there is no deep valet as promised. There are marks still all over the roof of the interior, dog hair in the central cup holder and some other marks around the boot area that would come off with a damp sponge. While I recognise it’s a used car and there is a fair amount of wear and tear, when a customer is told the car will be fully valeted I do expect this service to be upheld and so I am a little disappointed to see these marks and the dirt. Again, overall it was a fairly smooth purchasing process just this last bit let them down.
I came here last year and this year for car service. I am actually happy for the way they treat their customers. There customer service is remarkable. They dropped me off and picked me up to my place rather than waiting in the lounge. They will offer you drinks or coffee which makes you feel comfortable. It was a good experience.
Bought a 2021 isuzu mux looked at the vehicle a week ago spoke to the sales man told me this will all be cleaned and touched up, they say that they do a 100 point check on all of their vehicles, I find choclate rappers in the glove box stains were not cleaned from coffee stains, the air bag sign is on constantly as I ask the question was told need to contact the warranty department, I just got the car 2 days ago this all should have been checked. Disappointed with the service, would not recommend this dealer.
I just purchased a car from Gardner Motors and I was a little anxious having not bought a new car for ages and vary of sales people. However, the experience was great and Amir was so helpful explaining the car features, the payment options and after sales service. I would highly recommend this company and everyone was very helpful and accommodating. Thank you for making this purchase easy and enjoyable.
Pete is a fantastic vehicle sales consultant at Gardner Autos. Throughout the entire purchase process, he provided outstanding customer service and went above and beyond to ensure that we had a positive experience. He was knowledgeable, considerate, and aware of our needs. He took the time to go over every feature of the car we were interested in and directed us towards the best choice given our budgetary restrictions. He went out his way to satisfy our extra requests and make sure we were pleased with our purchase.
This place is the worst. They lie they never fixed anything they said they would. Also when I went to trade in my old car they said it came back at - 700 dollars. But they were happy to take it off my hands for free. Like they were doing me a favour. I sold that car my self privately for $5000 . They were going to take advantage of a single mum. Then sold me a car the doors don't lock the wiring all messed up. They were pushy and rude. Big regrets letting them take advantage of me. If suggest never dealing with these rip offs.

Overall outstanding experience with Gardner Autos purchasing a used vehicle. All team members that I encountered were polite and professional, even if I wasn't dealing directly with them. The team were responsive and able to provide all information requested in a timely manner. Salesman Ciaran Murphy was my first point of contact and exemplified quality customer service throughout. I also dealt with Courtney Jacobsen re: extended warranty and found her manner and service excellent also. All call backs and interactions with other team members was of the same high standard and would have no hesitation in returning to purchase from Gardner Autos again, or recommending to friends and family
Highly satisfied with the used car I purchased and the whole experience of dealing with the salesman Pete. Every condition built into the purchase of the car was met. Pete also went above and beyond by honouring verbal agreements that were not actually written into the purchase contract. I found Pete to be reliable, professional and display a high level of integrity. My wife and kids are especially happy with the car, which can now fit us all in. Thanks Pete and the team at Gardner Autos.
