First time buying a second hand caravan and Mel couldn't have been more helpful. Great knowledge and service. Also great service in the caravan accessories shop. So happy with our caravan.  Thoroughly recommend Caravanland.

Happy to sell you a new van and then expect you to wait over 6 months to be able to book in for any warranty repairs. Zero backup or interest to assist with any warranty repairs after they have taken your money for the purchase. My next caravan definitely won’t be a Jayco.

I had already done my research and knew which van I wanted, however my dealings with Blake Messenger from the sales team at caravanland Perth were second to none. Blake knows his stuff and made the purchase seamless. His knowledge and professionalism were always appreciated, he assisted in choosing the extras to personalise the van for our family and was always available to answer my endless questions and emails. On handover day Blake was there to ensure we covered everything. Also a big thanks to Mel who did the majority of the handover with me and took her time to ensure I was comfortable with all the features. Very happy with our Jayco van and I look forward to dealing with the team into the future.

Zero after sales service. They're happy to take your money but don't want to hear from you after that.  We bought a Jayco Swan a year ago and so far after 10,000km it has worn through 3 tyres on 1 side which suggests to me there is something seriously wrong with it. The guy on the phone said "sorry mate,  we're fully booked for 6 months so can't help you".  Shop somewhere else!!!!

I contacted Caravanland just after Christmas break for an urgent spare part for my Motorhome -after calling around 10 other suppliers who were mostly closed and unavailable for weeks over Christmas/ January. Caravanland promptly returned my call, found the spare part and have express posted it to me. I can’t thank Max in spare parts enough for his excellent professional manner when dealing with me. Highly recommended.

Bought a new finch in April. Weren't able to use it until Christmas. Then again in January. Discovered the 12volt fridge didn't work and tried to arrange a service appointment to check the issue. Service department laughed at me and said July at the earliest. I said that was unacceptable as the vehicle was useless without a fridge. I was told to ring around their Jayco service agents. All said no. No warranty work until July at the earliest and one said just "no". This is my 3rd can and unfortunately service is the same no matter the dealer. Rubbish product, rubbish service. Time to escalate the issue to the relevant watchdog.

We recently purchased our Jayco Journey Outback from Caravan land. Chris Brown was our salesman and he was nothing but professional and his handover was really great. He explained all aspects of the van to us in detail also giving us a few tips and tricks as well. Chris was happy to answer any questions we had  i would strongly recommend anyone to go down and see Chris to view or even sign up for a new van.

Very helpful staff. Couldn't do enough for us. I've been to the toy shop a few times over the years always been a pleasure and I'll be back one day for there pricing is very competitive.  Cheers

DO NOT BUY JAYCO! Waited a lifetime for an All-Terrain which was ok because the whole world was delayed due to COVID. However, when it arrived it appeared as though the quality control process had been skipped in order to get the van shipped ASAP. Now trying to get the warranty work to be done is bordering on futile. CaravanLand are not taking bookings and their service agents are booked into 2023, dealing with the poor workmanship backlog. Jayco should start a football team because their handball skills are on point. Reading the 'Jayco Values' page of their website is infuriating and is merely lip service by tricksters trying to grab your dollar. Also, if I have a 24 month warranty and I can not get my van seen to for 6 months, shouldn't that warranty be extended?

Steer Clear Worst after sale customer service we have ever experienced, our Jayco hatch is literally unusable. They won’t even get off their chairs to come have a look at the issue. Even though they are a Jayco, they won’t liaise with any other Jayco dealership over east about the issue at hand because it doesn’t benefit them… Go figure, so can’t even get the warranty paperwork started for when we do get over there to get this major issue fixed because once again it doesn’t benefit them.
