If I could give them no stars I would. Never have been taken for such a ride by a mechanic before. I put my trust in them for years, regular servicing and whenever my car needed extra care. Took 3 weeks for them to give my car 3 different diagnoses. Each time I did as they advised, each time the issue wasn't fixed and I had to take it back. Thousands of dollars later, I have since had my car checked by an independent mechanic who says it was a blocked radiator. Replaced it and now it drives fine. Absolutely dumb founded that a Suzuki approved mechanic could not see a blocked radiator. Not sure what they were looking for apart from my money. Beyond disappointed

Took our Suzuki Grand Vitara back here for a product recall on the gear shaft and it has been returned to us with a large fresh oil leak as confirmed by our mechanic who refused to service the car until this had been attended to. Suzuki refuses to take ownership of their stuff up and states the oil leak is old. Their stories on how the recall was performed varies depending on who you speak to at the time.. Gear box in, gear box out, gear box just dropped. Let your imagination decide which story you'd like to believe. Now we are lumbered with costs of having this fixed. Not good enough.. BEWARE!!

I purchased my first brand new car from Melville Suzuki after reading the reviews on Google. I didn't want the hassle of a pushy car salesmen as I just wanted the process to be an enjoyable and exciting one and not feel like I was being pressured into something I didn't want. I can safely say that the team at Melville Suzuki made me feel very comfortable. I enjoyed the experience and was very eager to make my first real 'adult' purchase. We had Paul help us through the process - He was exceptional. Very easy going , fantastic customer service, didn't pressure me into anything I didn't want and had fabulous communication even after the deal was made in regards to delivery and helping with my personalised plates making sure they were all changed over ready to go. Dealing with Paul definitely made the experience a lot more relaxing for me. I do want to leave some disappointing feedback regarding the finance lady. She was very rude and forceful. After having a such a wonderful experience with Paul we were then taken to see the finance lady, she didn't introduce herself to us, or congratulate me on the purchase of my car unlike the rest of the staff who all said congratulations as I walked past. I had to tell her that I had decided to get a loan from the bank and not use their finance but she made myself and my partner both feel like we didn't have a choice and that I had to finance through her, after telling her multiple times that we had the loan ready to go she got very frustrated with us and after I paid my deposit she ended up just showing us the door so we could leave. Unfortunately that was the attitude we were trying to avoid by coming to Melville Suzuki. But other than that, we had fantastic service from everyone and I absolutely love my new car!

The initial elation brought on by the friendly salesmen after purchasing my 2016 Android auto compatible was dashed by the service manager who knows nothing about computers but claims to be a god and who is incredibly unhelpful and denies existence of software which is standard in 2017 models with the same head unit. If only they were smart enough to realise that a 2016 baleno with AA is worth more than as it is now. Dumb just dumb. So I upgraded myself. Android Auto. Just dumb.

Half an hour after arriving at Melville Suzuki to see what they had to offer, I had purchased my first brand new car!!! What a fantastic experience from the guys, especially Inkar, Paul and Zane. If you are wanting friendly and helpful service (without the usual bullshit 😂) definitely pop down for a visit! I had such a positive experience I can't imagine bringing my car anywhere else for servicing. Thanks again for looking after me 😁
