I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Mazda’s customer service team member Ava. After struggling to get my faulty seatbelt replaced through the dealership where I purchased my car, she went above and beyond to help me. She was polite, efficient, and genuinely cared about resolving my issue. In just one day, she arranged for the replacement under warranty and ensured I could pass my inspection in time. Her professionalism and kindness made such a difference, and I’m so grateful for her help. Thank you!
I recently bought a used car from Melville Mazda. The initial customer service and negotiation process were excellent, but after signing the paperwork, I did notice that the service quality dropped. Despite paying in full, I had to chase multiple people over several days to arrange pickup. I was told the car would be detailed, but when I collected it, there were streaks on the body, gunk in the cup holders, and the car yard reference numbers were still on both windscreens—suggesting it hadn’t been properly cleaned. Unfortunately, what started as a really great experience was ultimately let down by the handover process.
We recently enjoyed a wonderful experience at Melville Mazda. Our salesperson, Ollie, was not only easy-going but also incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all our questions thoughtfully. Thanks to Britney, the financing process was effortless; she and Ollie worked closely together to ensure everything went smoothly. The entire experience was seamless, professional, and relaxed. We're very satisfied with our experience and even more excited about our new BT-50. I was extremely impressed with the service I received here. Tim, the warranty manager went out of his way to help me get back on the road. I would thoroughly recommend this Mazda dealership and wish I could make this my regular dealership but unfortunately I can't because I live in another state.
Clive and Paul are fabulous!! No gross sales pitches, no pressure and they didn't trot around the caryard behind me trying to convince me on what they thought I should buy. Great customer service and I'm chuffed I brought from Melville Mazda it was a faultless experience, Thanks Team!!
