Melville Mazda

I recently bought a new CX-5 from Melville Mazda and was very impressed with the team there! They were all friendly and accommodating of my requests and questions. The showroom is amazing and they have a great little area you can wait - even has muffins and drinks! Highly recommend purchasing a car from these guys. Thanks again to Greg and the team.

I bought my first ever Mazda from these people and they were simply lovely. A friend of mine bought her Mazda from another dealer in Perth and their customer service was simply awful - they delivered her new car to her without fuel!!!! The people at Melville Mazda listened to what I wanted in a car and they gave me a new courtesy car to drive whilst my car was being prepared. So, a big "thank you" to Clinton, Colin, Daniel and the young "newly wed" accessories lady (whose name I can't recall) 🤗 I would highly recommend Melville Mazda.

Very efficient and brand new premises. Looks a lot more upmarket than it used to with plenty of glass and natural lighting. I went for a routine service for my car and was very impressed with how it was conducted. They sent me a video link of the mechanic who showed the brakes, tyres and underside of my car. This made me feel the service was more tangible and justified. The drop in and check out process was no fuss whatsoever. The staff were friendly and polite just like checking in to a hotel, which seemed more professional. I didn't have to deal with the sales people having bought my car some years ago though. Recommended.
