Used to get my Holden serviced here. Rang up for a quote on getting the spark plugs replaced. Couldn't give me a price without needing me to speak to multiple departments. All the service department was willing to do was to quote an hourly rate. I don't think it is unreasonable to receive an estimate without needing to speak to multiple departments within the same service centre.
Great dealership and fantastic service, Graham and his team went the extra mile to make sure I had a great buying experience with some fantastic after sales service that you normally don't see from other dealerships. Great customer focus and everyone I dealt with from the sales team to the service centre were friendly and helpful.
Our search for a new car tool a while and we aren't the sort of people to decide quickly. We visited a number of dealers and found some of the service very much fitting the stereotypes we all know so well, which was off-putting to say the least. The team at Melville motors never hurried us and were not pushy and went the extra mile once we did decide the car they had was right for us even bringing the car to us to assist with my wife being injured and having difficulty travelling, despite us being some distance from the dealership. The price was fair and the entire process smooth and hassle free. Would definitely recommend to others.

I bought my VZ Commodore from Melville Holden in 2009. Since then I have driven over 180,000kms and one stretch from Melbourne to Perth in 36.5hrs. My car has never once in all this time broken down or held me up for any reason. I would highly recommend the team at Melville Holden and when the time comes, I will certainly be going back to them for my next vehicle. Thanks guys !!!! Kindest Fran.
I purchased my Holden Commodore new in 2012, and have remained loyal to this company all these years for the ongoing servicing of my vehicle. I have personally found the level of customer service has dropped over the past approx. 2 years. Recently I had my car serviced, and window tint replaced under warranty. On arrival for the service, they hadn't booked my car in for the replacement of the window tint or which resulted in a delay in the collection of my car on that day. Further to this, there are also issues with the tint that now needs addressing. I presented to the dealership service center as requested, for them to assess the current issues of the replacement tint, and felt judged, second guessed and looked at as though I was a dodgy character trying to get something for nothing. The tint was a warranty issue, and needs to be replaced to the same standard, of which it wasn't, and unfortunately now I am expected to arrange my time and return my car where they will have it again for another full day, and maybe address the issues I pointed out. Very unhappy customer!
Odette always ensured my cars are well looked after when they are in for a service. I have been bringing my cars in for over 2 years now and they are always in the best hands. Exceptional customer service, exceptional competitive pricing on services and parts, reliable, honest and no hidden agendas. Highly reccomend!!
Worst service ever. Called to request a loan car before and on the day, the receptionist had no idea about it and had to ask me whom I spoke to. When i went to pick up the car, my car was returned to me full of leaves on the driver's mat. They dirtied the car mat and did not even bother cleaning up. Log book was never filled, so I have no clue what kind of service they provided. They could not be bothered apparently since it is the complimentary 1 month service. No sticker on the car to let me know when is my next service due. Overall they look very unprofessional and I am starting to regret buying a Holden if I have to go through this kind of service. Will definitely be going to a different dealer for my next service. Just wanted to add this note here: Got a call from Aaron, the Service department manager, a day after the service. Big thumbs up to him for apologizing on behalf of his team and offering to have my car picked up and cleaned and refueled and the log book stamped
Shocking place to go and get warranty advice/repairs. Partner is paying over 5k for the warranty and they wanted to charge extra $900 for labour on a rocket cover gasket... Asked the dealership in writing to fix an oil leak and was not fixed on pickup, also having future engine light come on weeks after picking up. Typical holden dealership not be coming back here. Clearly in need of a better mechanical team.
Worst mistake of my life going through Holden Melville . I wouldn't recommend anyone to go through them that's for sure !!!!! I purchased a Hyundai Getz 2010 model from them on the 30/ of April I've had nothing but problems since the begining engine light on took it back they said they fixed it BUT NO THEY DID NOT !!!! Nothing was changed I got hyundai to do a full service and nothing was changed with what they said they had done . I'm never ever going back . So your really reliable Holden Melville not just a bunch of lies of a company ripping people off . Hope your happy with your selves .
