Had major dramas with my car and the crew here came to the rescue. Fought my corner against the insurance company when they were trying to get out of a claim. Definitely a group of mechanics who will have done the work they say they've done. Will never take my car back to the big dealers for any work. Professional, friendly, approachable, trustworthy.
On the strength of their reputation, I called the garage for advice buying a car they'd worked on. Warren returned my call and described not only the entire, detailed history of the car, but also offered to perform a pit check over its mechanicals before I bought it. That's far beyond what I'd expect. Highly impressed.
Great service, honest advice and they are happy to not just service but fault correct from our work kias to an S Class Merc. Lovely team.
Not happy. They completed a insurance claim for me cane back with noises and a scratch on the side. Discussed this with them multuple times and they refuse to take any resposability. After 6 months i finally got my car back they way it was. Still scratched tho
