My brand new car was very badly damaged after another car smashed into it and 3 others on a parking lot My car was taken to Romanos and it looks brand new again. Communication was good along the way. When I got my car back, I called them again because there was a noise. They took the car back straight away, gave me a courtesy car and fixed the issue that same day.
I am from interstate and someone tried to pry open the drivers door the night before. Romano’s staff spent a few minutes to straighten the door for me to prevent leaking and wind noise and did it all for free and with a smile. Great service and much appreciated!!Service: Body & Trim
Bad experience. Fixed a small problem but cause other problems. And they said, this is a old car and it is normal some parts would be broken. And it is not their liability. If it is not RAC ‘s repairer I will never come.
Romano's were nominated by my insurance company to repair damage. Their repair made the car look as new. I have absolutely no reason to be disappointed. Their office procedures are efficient. Those I dealt with were easy to talk to. The vehicle was repaired when they said it would be. Communications are good by email and SMS. A good experience for me. I will use them with preference in the future.Services: Body & Trim

Romano's were great to deal with while sorted out repair of one of our work vehicles. We were kept up to date on each step of the repair as it happened using a link sent through to us. Everyone I spoke to was always lovely to deal with and answered my queries quickly. Repairs were also completed earlier than originally advised which was great!
