Bought a car which broke down after 2 weeks, been nearly 4 mths now and they are refusing to refund, car still hasn’t been fixed, and not respond to email. Do not trust these guys  After receiving an call from the service manager about my review I would like to point out he did call me nearly 2 months ago 16th March to advise me my car would most likely be done within the next month and I went in this Tuesday to collect the license plates of my car after I received a fine after cancelling rego My fault not theirs and I was told it is nearly done. They are not open to refunding me at this stage. Every time I have called the general manager he has said he will go talk to service team and get back to me that day but never does

We had signed the contract in 11th Oct 2021 with the delivery in Mar 22. However the delivery has changed 4 times from March to June, June to July, July to October and we obtained the vehicle on 1st November. We are well aware of the global supply chain issues, however, this could have been managed in a better way. Only three stars this time because Sales person has been helpful and friendly.

Great buying and trading experience with Winston. The entire process was seamless and all up, it only took 20 hours to purchase, trade and pick up my new vehicle. Amazing service. Thanks Winston, appreciate all your support.

Bought a second-hand car from them, dealt with Bryce, nothing was too much trouble for him, went out of his way to help, made the transaction a breeze. Had an issue with the diff a couple of weeks later, problem was fixed with no issues. Would highly recommend doing business with them.

Dealing with Hamza and Tim when changing vehicles was drama free, no nonsense games, just honest professional service. I explained what I wanted and they responded positively. Buying and trading cars through dealers can be difficult and stressful, but not with these guys. Thanks again, loving the new ride.

Kesha you provide the best customer service, i was nervous buying a second hand car but you made me feel at ease. Nothing was too much trouble for you. In past dealings with car sales people it was a nightmare. I am happy to give you 10 out of 10 and would have given 5 stars but deducted one for the guy that sold me the warranty. He told me there was no warranty so falsely got me to sign up, the extra $$ really put a stretch on my budget. I will defiantly recommend Kesha to friends and family.

I purchased a used Tiguan from Melville Volkswagen on New Year's Eve. Winston was great to deal with - not pushy, no messing around, and had great communication between purchase and picking up the car. Would be happy to purchase through him again.

Special thanks to Dave and Lewis. They went above and beyond to get the specific new car that I wanted even though they had none in stock, nothing was too much trouble for them. It was a pleasure dealing with Melville Volkswagen and they gave terrific service.

bought my VW golf wagon here and had a good experience from the sales and finance department. The most amazing experience was the service team! Booked a service before a big road trip to exmouth and beyond… the team gave me the best service I could have asked for. Coffee while waiting, a drop off shuttle to my address, they went above and beyond with customer service. Flexible after hours to work with my work hours and a pick up. The service manager showed me how to use my Jack on my car in case of a flat tyre on the road trip. They even cleaned my car from all the sand from surf trips down south. Very happy with VW Melville.
