Truly an amazing experience! I have bought a few cars over the years but I have never experienced such gold star service like this before. So lucky to have had Charlie salesman looking after me, I will only ever be buying a car from him in the future and recommending him to everyone! Wonderful experience buying two cars from Dhairya and Jobe from Melville Volkswagen. 10/10 would recommend to others. They were not pushy or aggressive with the sales and answered all our questions. We visited a few car places to purchase cars and test drove some. Every salesperson was aggressive and rude everywhere we went. It was refreshing to see that Volkswagen have sales staff that are polite and not aggressive to customers.

I experienced a mechanical failure with my VW Tiguan on the way home from work unexpectedly. I booked my car into VW Melville to assess what had happened. I can only say the quick and efficient manner that the workshop, service adviser, parts department, warranty manager responded and rectified the problem was exceptional. The support provided to me as a frontline shift worker and the importance of being able to have transport to get to work was noted. Every attempt was made by the manager and team to expedite a quick resolution and a repair was completed. I can not thank the Melville team enough for their endeavours on my behalf and the professional way they managed this issue, communicated with me through out the process of obtaining parts for my car etc. I would highly recommend VW Melville to anyone who loves their VW and wants top service.nThank you so much, Karen Pettigrew
