I bought a Kia Carnival from SVM at Roseville and was very pleased with the experience. I went to a number of other dealerships to compare the offers but ultimately these guys were by far the best. Our purchase was handled by Jarrod. Not only did he take proper time in explaining all our queries but was very prompt with the follow ups as well. The dealership was very flexible in accommodating our requests and did not come across pushing too much for the sale. I would recommend them happily if you are in the market for a Kia.

Very impressed with the professional and friendly service provided by Jarrod and the SVM team. In the process of narrowing down car choices we had been to a few dealerships. SVM seemed the most easy going and helpful without the usual hard selling. Very happy to have bought from them. Thanks again!

I can highly recommend the guys at Kia Roseville - friendly and helpful from the outset - from negotiating a good price to putting the right finance in place - thanks to Jarrod and Rob for the good customer experience - would definitely consider buying from them again

We were so confused as buying our first brand new car, competition was so high during this new year and was getting tired of trying different brands. The time we stepped in SVM Kia Roseville, Jarred attended us and his service was best amongst all around the market. He explained every single detail of the product. 

On top of that, his business manager (Hydro) offered us best finance rates that we could ever think of.

Icing on cake - 7years warranty, 7 years service and road side assistance.....

Overall 100% satisfied and would recommend SVM Kia #Jarred .....

These guys were the absolute pitts to deal with. They showed atrocious attention to detail as multiple errors were made- both in the advertising material and on the contract. Both errors were discovered by us as the buyer and we received no apology from the dealers, who passed the blame to others on both counts. Jason the manager was incredibly rude and aggressive on the phone. Peter was pleasant enough but seemed way out his depth in the process of selling a car. The vehicle is wonderful, but the service was appalling. Not a smooth nor an enjoyable experience and I would NEVER go anywhere near these guys again.
