I went to this Mercedes dealership last week and met with a salesperson called Lonnie. Lonnie has been very professional and assisted with all our enquiries from the car spec to the pricing. Although we didn't finish with a deal but I still very much appreciate his patience and professionalism.

Disappointing sales experience Lengthy but unproductive Fair sales staff, appalling sales management attitude We were ready to buy without a need to finance, but was faced by a very dismissive sales manager with an insulting counter offer and comments though out the process. In excess of 3.5 unproductive hours in a dealership is unheard of these days. Only luke warm self served coffee packaged biscuits were on hand in the entire dealership over the course of a lunch period. Customer retention was not a priority apparently. I found the customer was trying harder to make the sale rather then the sales management. Its tough for me to promote & refer this dealership with this experience, as I did refer my relative on this particular occasion and its was embarrassing to say the least for all parties concerned.

Louis provided us with the best service we have ever had. Although we eventually get the car from this deal because we didn't find the exact car with technologies we are after but Louis exceptional service has completely converted us to Mercedes lover.

Never leave your car at North Shore service center. They're really really arrogant and very poor service. Especially , Chris White from the service area has bad manner and poor service.

Louis is very professional, helpful and wise. We did purchase the Mercedes Benz car eventually but not with this dealer because they have limited stock of cars, and we need the car urgently.
