I did not buy my Lexus IS 350 from Lexus Of Chatswood or from any Lexus Dealership for that matter. I got it from a reputable Automotive Dealership in Newcastle Area. However since I am from Sydney, I was researching Lexus Service Centres around Sydney by reading reviews and making general enquires. I came across Lexus Of Chatswood Service Centre. I thought I try them out. After I purchased my Lexus IS350 F Sport in April, I made a booking with Lexus Of Chatswood Service Centre to inspect and provide a safety check on my car which they did and amazing job. The people were very honest, they took the time to explain any urgent matters that needed to be done. When my car was due for its major service at 65000, I made a booking with Lexus Of Chatswood again and the servicing experience was exceptional I was happy with how consistent the staff are throughout the process and with the way they explained to me every detail and answered any of my concerns and querries. My car was running smooth. Just yesterday, I returned again for a safety check for my car as I had plans for driving it on a long trip through the Holiday season. Staff here accommodated my vehicle and myself really well. I was left with that peace of mind. Thank you again Lexus Of Chatswood Service Centre and to the Management and Staff. I am happy that I have found a trustworthy team to look out and to provide quality service for my vehicle. I will be back Daryl
Not my first time here but it was my first service after getting my Lexus. The overall experience was great. Staffs were really friendly and helpful. Miss out on the loan vehicle this time but I did not mind doing a bit of work at the waiting lounge. It was spacious, clean, modern and comfortable. The main letdown was the quality of the complementary car wash. Not really a complaint as I understand how busy they were on the day, but could have wiped off the residue water a bit better. P.S. Got lucky to see the owner’s LFA there. Wish I could have a listen to the great exhaust tune :
Positive: Excellent service from the cheerful Leo, made the experience a 5 star experience. 5 star also for how clean the workshop area is. Negative: The 4 star rating is for the complimentary vacuum, I know it is complimentary and I didn’t pay for it so I shouldn’t expect too much, but the passenger floor was not cleaned properly. I’m sure if I paid for the actual car cleaning service it most likely would be cleaned properly. Also it was hard to book the service online, I don’t think the online system works properly. It also took a while to call them as they often don’t pick up the phone in the afternoon near closing time. In summary, I recommend this place to service your new Lexus car.
I've been to Lexus of Parramatta and Sydney City and none of them even come close to the strong customer service experience you can get here at Lexus of Chatswood. The staff are understanding, generous and personable. If you have any issues with your Lexus please make a booking at this service centre.Services: Oil change
Worst customer service in Sydney. I had to book two weeks in advance so I asked em I want to get a new NX model. Which the service centre agreed. On the day I had to wait 30mins at the reception to get served. I was looking forward to drive NX but instead they offered me UX which is $30-$35k in value to my RX450HL sports luxury which is $135K+. So I asked em why I was deceived tge manager gave away the courtesy car to someone else blaming me for being late. I was shocked when they offere me UX for courtesy car. Because it’s part of their service deal similar car/likewise or better not bloody downgrade. Yet the manager asked me to ask the sales team for a test drive why would I do that because it’s for 15-30mins drive not for the duration of the service of my car. First time my car was serviced at 15k by them the tyre pressure display on the dash stopped working. Still today. Lexus has lost the integrity and respect for loyal Lexus owners. This is why KIA is the most reliable car and much cheaper than them yet a Korean car company doing better with tech and innovation. Lexus has lost its mojo. This is my third Lexus and the last Lexus brand. Genesis is way better without expensive service cap as it’s free, compared to Lexus of $595 per service under 60K then it goes up to $1000+.Services: Oil change

Thank you Lexus Chatswood Service Centre for looking after me and my Lexus. Sharon from the moment you answer my call, to the initial meet and greet, she was professional, warm, friendly, and very patient, she ensured me that I was looked after and have attended to all my enquiries especially been first time customer getting my car serviced there. Leo was my customer rep on the day, he's enthusiastic, friendly and never was too much of the ask for him, he's gone above and beyond to ensure all my concerned with the vehicle was addressed, Leon gave me a quick how to on the voice control, which I thought was not working. The service centre was first class, never seen before business lounge like experience, great cosy ambiance, very nice Barista made coffee too. My recommendation to the Lexus Chatswood would perhaps make the front entrance a little more recognised or easier to navigate to the front reception was a little hard to find for the first timer, a sign would be nice , and perhaps on a busy day, having staff offering directions upon arrival, as there was not enough parking lot available when I arrived needed to double park, while I felt a little lost if I'd need to remain in the vehicle while waited for someone to come up to me like other service centre does, or I'd need to approach the reception. So that initial point of arrival experience could have been more seamless. And perhaps do a final round of inspection before delivery the vehicle back to its owner, there were pieces of muddy papers left on the floor mats that didn't get removed I think it's from the car wash. All in all a good experience.
Five star hotel-like foyer and waiting lounge. Reception and communication was First Class. Greeted with coffee and kept fully informed on what they were doing or they sought approval before commencing additional cost items. My RC350 F-Sport was well looked after and was given a good wash. Oh, it was a bonus to check out the million dollar Lexus LFA V10 supercar in the showroom see my photo.
Watch out for these guys, they'll write your credit/debit card numbers on a piece of paper which can go anywhere throughout the day until its ready to process at the end of the day. Highly susceptible to fraud. They also don't answer their phones. Called 14 times, before driving there instead in the loan car which stunk of smoke.
