I honestly cannot thank everyone at Alto Holden enough for their outstanding customer service and care. A big special thanks to Kris and Laurent for going out of their way to help me when it came to buying a car. Both Kris and Laurent were super friendly and helpful. I'd also like to thank Shunika the receptionist for her lovely customer service. Even the staff whom I didn't deal with were extremely happy, friendly and easily approachable. People like the staff at Alto Holden are the reason why I'll only ever buy a car from a Holden dealership.

Have never been to such as dealership where the sales personnel are so unhappy and disinterested in their job. Horrible atmosphere upon entering the dealership. Sales staff stay in their cubicles and one reluctantly comes out only after being called by reception. Points to the model we were interested in and said it is open, have a look. Another couple is in heated discusion with a staff member as their new car after several days is still not ready. 
In the end we just walked out and crossed the road to Chatswood Toyota. What a difference - warm and inviting and nothing was a problem. 
Never again will we set foot into Alto Holden Chatswood. Little wonder Holden is struggling.

Very friendly staff. Impressive showroom. Tina sold me the car and Adam helped me to get to know all the features and benefits. Feel very good about the decision and the purchase thanks especially to Tina.

I picked up my beautiful car up from Alto Holden Chatswood used cars over the weekend and it was the most pleasant experience I have had buying a car.
Kris the salesman was professional and polite the entire process and Holly was an absolute delight when dealing with the finance side of things..
Will definitely recommend.

Worst service I have ever received from a car dealership. The used car salesman was rude, abrupt, pushy and arrogant. Didn't seem to have much knowledge of the vehicle and was in a major rush to get rid of us.  We were also missing car mats and the key to the glove box. The manager has also ignored our complaints. Very unsatisfied with the overall experience.

I have since received a response from the manager and I am looking forward to a better outcome than my previous experience had recently.

So i was promised some floor mats and still no floormats and have been fobbed off. Terrible service and terrible follow up service and are liars as well. Thanks Alto Holden for the worst experience ever!
