We went into Toyota Chatswood with a clear directive: we were going to purchase the ex-demo CH-R advertised on CarSales.nnMarcus had responded to our enquiry and we booked a test drive, which ended up taking place in the pouring rain. This was a good thing as we experienced driving in wet conditions. We’d done our research before arriving, and were informed verbally of the car’s features and abilities. The leap in technology and automation was something we valued, coming from a car we’d not upgraded in 10+ years.nnMarcus’s customer service was excellent. He was friendly, transparent, and invested in our personal journey. Marcus took photos of us doing the Toyota ‘Oh what a feeling’ jump and driving away, we are happy with the car and the purchasing experience.
