UPDATE: My new car had some work that needed to be done to it. I knew this when I purchased it, They took my car and made sure it was repaired and all parts ordered, in top shape and triple checked it for me when it was all done. They gave me VIP treatment and continued to keep in touch.nnReally happy with the constant communication and dedication that Zen and the team has provided during the process of getting our new family car. We haven't purchased a car for many, many years and initially we felt quite overwhelmed  however we were reassured and coached through the process effectively. The dealership has a very clean showroom/office and the staff was very helpful with everything.nnA++++
