GREAT SERVICE!

I just put my deposit down for a rental lease.

Christine, Anne, Kylie, and Sophie were all super professional. They kept in contact with me, quickly returned my calls, and kept me in the loop from beginning to end.

Also Kylie is the only agent who actually bothered to get to know us during inspection. All the other agents from other real estate companies in Chatswood couldn't give 2 cents.

I run a service based business and I know great service when I see it! Highly recommend!!

My family have been renting from Ray White Chatswood and Christine for about 5 years over two properties. The team is very detailed and diligent and professional. I quite enjoy the hassle free communication and the results. Christine has been looking after the property and our tenancy well. The bond was also returned quicker than I expected. I have worked with a number of property managers over the years and I would like to say that Christine is quite fair and very professional. Letting and renting can be a messy business as both sides see and do things differently but I'm quite happy with my experience with Christine and her team. Robert is also a professional and experienced veteran in real estate business. See you around Christine and Robert.   Jordan Li

Another very happy tenant! I rented a property through Ray White Chatswood for almost two years and was always very impressed. 

Christine, Robert and the team are absolute stars - nothing was ever an issue, they were always prompt to respond, were accommodating when required and are absolute professionals in everything they do. 

I can certainly understand why they have been in business for so many years and have such a fantastic reputation in the region. 

I look forward to dealing with them again at some stage - and thoroughly recommend them to anyone searching for property to buy or rent on the North Shore.

If I could give these poor excuse of an agency a zero I would. Other reviews that mention this agency are a bunch of bond snatchers, I concur. I could feel this a mile away so I refused to pay the penalty and directed them to take my bond instead. They picked up on dumb things like watermarks on taps (you should’ve chamois the marks off don’t you know?!) and wipe down the front door (seriously?) we’ve rented for over ten years and never had experienced this BS. Yet funnily, in the 9 months we were renting this property not once did they hold an inspection. Alas, the happy ending is that we bought a house so I’ll never have to deal with this treatment again. If you are considering renting from this bunch, my advice is AVOID.

As a tenant for just on two years, I have to say that Ray White Chatswood is one of the most thorough and professional real estate agents I have dealt with in almost 20 years of renting.  

It might be easy to interpret their attention to detail and process as inflexibility - but they are protecting your interests as well as the owner.  Compared to some of the more laid back agents, I felt much more certain of where I stood on matters.

Whenever I had a question or a concern, the team were quick to follow up.  The staff were always friendly and professional.
