Are you a tenant looking to deal with Talish? Or a landlord? I have three words for you: AVOID AVOID AVOID. *** An update to the review 005/03/2019: Nightmare still continues. Unathorised charges to our credit card. Un-announced visits to the office after sending 10's of Emails asking them to notify us before you jump into our office. BEWARE. Do not do business with Talish. *** Original Review 12/12/2018: Unprofessional and unethical. Sneaky contracts. STAY AWAY. I wish I can go back in time to 12 days ago and not sign a contract with Anthony and Talish. Honestly I don't know where to start. I'm an engineer and managing director of an IT company renting more than 10 years for residential and commercial properties without any issues. This is the story of our pain and suffering we had in the past 12 days. 12 days ago, we went to Talish group's office and met Anthony to sign a lease for a commercial property. I wish I can go back in time to 12 days ago and not sign a contract with Anthony and Talish. It was a nightmare from day 1. We explained that the agent and someone from their team offered us 10 days rent-free. We already had organised the designers and furniture to arrive. But he said he doesn't know anything and he asked for more money to give us the keys. Last 12 days been an absolute nightmare for us and our team. - Anthony entered our office without a notice and without an appointment on 12/12/2018 during the working hours and interrupted our business. He then interrogated our staff and threatened them to evict them on 12/12/2018. - Who gave you the right to talk to our team ? Who gave you the right to threaten them ? This is Australia, not Guantanamo Bay!!! - After we asked them to provide a notice for any future visits, they said based on the contract they drafted, they can come in to our office whenever they want and we can't do anything about it. DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT WITH TALISH. STAY AWAY. - Anthony and his team entered our premises overnight on the 3rd night and took photographs from our personal belongings. - They had no rights to send the photographs to others. Who gave you the right to enter our office and take photos from our belongings? - How can anyone feel safe with their belongings and documents in their offices managed by Talish? What type of people are you ? - We gave them a notice to not to enter our premises again in an Email next day which was sent to 3 people from their team. - Anthony and his team broke in again 5 days later and entered our premises after the notice we sent to them to 3 different Email addresses from Talish. They claimed they didn't receive the Email. None of the 3 people. What are the chances ? Talish is not a professional and ethical business. STAY AWAY> RUN FOR YOUR LIFE. Whether you're a landlord or a tenant, I highly recommend you to STAY AWAY.
In all my dealing with Talish, I have found Anthony and the team to be the utmost professionals. I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking to buy, lease or sell property.
