Called for a tenancy reference on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday this week, with no one returning my call! On Thursday I rang again... was told that they can only provide references on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays as there are no property managers available for the rest of the week!! So very unprofessional and I feel so sorry for the tenants, how are they meant to find a new place without a reference and a dodgy looking rental ledger (looks like the agents make it up in house).
