Raymond and Nino were very helpful and professional in advising us of the market situation. Unlike most property agents, they would not push us to sell our property the quickest they could just to close the deal and get the commission. Instead, they would spend effort to reach out to those buyers who would accept the fair market price. Their sales process was transparent and we were fully informed of the negotiation details. I highly recommend their service.

Being new to Sydney, it was quite a struggle trying to find an apartment to rent. I found Golden Peak through google and saw the great reviews and decided to see if they could help me, and they did! Nino gave us a suggestion for an apartment and then instantly gave us an impromptu private tour of the apartment when we asked if it was possible to look around. The apartment turned out to fit our needs perfectly, so he sat down with us and guided us through the necessary documentation on the day because he knew we lived far away and did not want us to travel back and forth for the sake of handing in documents. After giving us the keys, Nino also helped us measure the clearance height for vehicles. They truly care about their clients, and through their kind and thoughtful attitude, it definitely shows! I would 100% recommend Golden Peak Property to anyone looking for a house around the Chatswood area. Thank you to Nino and your family for welcoming us to Chatswood!
