Disappointing service. When I first meet them, they are all eager and responsive because you are still paying them. As soon as I took back my apartment in Lane Cove, they take ages to respond to my queries, refused to compensate for the lack of professionalism they did not follow up on the tenant about some damage in the furniture which is not considered wear and tear, and did not respond to my emails post their management, about whether they changed the address for all the bills they have been paying for me. And now I have to do all the checking on my own, and have had to pay a debt recovery fee due to NOTHING on my part. Do not use Alist Real Estate, unprofessional.
