Always a pleasure when dealing with Sylvia and her team! She manages my investment properties and ensures that it’s minimal fuss for me. The communication lines are always open so I know what is happening. I never have to prompt for regular updates as she is always two steps ahead. My last tenancy change could have turned into a bit of a nightmare for me, if not for the efficiency and professionalism of Century 21 staff. I terminated the former managing agent and appointed Century 21 to manage my property. A month before the handover, the long term tenants decided to vacate as well! Sylvia handled the transition with ease, including the outgoing property inspection, assessing what needed to be done to the property and then vetting prospective new tenants. This happened rapidly and without any drama for me, which I am grateful for. I also received word that the new tenants were very impressed with Sylvia and the professionalism they were extended as new tenants to the property. Thank you Sylvia and Century 21 for managing my property as if it was your own. I can strongly recommend Century 21 to do business with in the property management sector.

Century 21 Seiwa is by far the best agent in Sydney!! Sylvia has been the best agent anyone could ask for. Always takes exceptional care of the tenants, tenants smallest needs are looked into. Tim, Kim and the entire team are a pleasure to work with. Sylvia and the Century 21 Seiwa are always available and take great pride in their work and very good care of the properties that they manage.

I have rented a property in Chatswood over the past 42 months via Century 21 Seiwa Chatswood. This is a really great company to deal with. Over the period I have gotten to know  the staff well. They are always professional, friendly, helpful, follow up on queries timeously, resolve any maintenance requests and are consistent.  This would be my preferred agency to deal with should I rent in the future. Thanks for everything Sylvia, Garo & Timothy

Century 21 Seiwa has been managing my properties for more than 18 years. I am impressed with their team led by Sylvia Karamanian. She is most efficient and reliable. She always acts fairly to protect the owners interests, but also she always ensures the tenants get a fair go. I highly recommend century 21 Seiwa.
