John Zhang is the worst property manager we have ever dealt with. He was unprefessional and rude. We rented a one bedroom apartment in Lindfield and lived there for 2+ years. We are tenants who look after the property like our own and have never missed a rent payment.  When we notified John that we were moving out, he recommended a cleaner which we did not go with. Upon engaging our own cleaners, John came to do a final inspection and went through each drawer with a piece of napkin. When he found a speck of dust in one of the drawers, he told us that it was unacceptable and belittled us with his comment 'You young people always want to go for the cheapest cleaners'. After which he made it so difficult for us to receive our bond money back.  Fyi, when we first moved in, the apartment was no where as clean and we engaged cleaners before moving in. Also we are well established professionals in our 30s so John's comments were not only judgmental but rude and disgusting.  We will never recommend anyone to engage or use this agent. We also feel sorry for anyone who went through a similar experience through this agent.
