I would have rated McGrath as a 5 if Sophie had been our managing agent from the beginning of the letting contract. Being overseas it is most important that we are kept informed when things are supposed to happen like the paying of the rent, repairs etc. When it doesn't happen on time we are now advised immediately and are updated every few days on the progress of the matter. Questions I have are answered immediately during the working day and often after hours. I always get a response within 24 hours. I am confident that my property is being looked after by Sophie which is important as I live in the USA.
My monthly statements arrive on time and are very well laid out. The annual analysis is excellent and so useful for tax purposes and financial planning. 
A company is only as good as its Staff, Sophie is excellent. If she were to move to another letting agency I would have to say I would move with her.

Tamara Le Boursicot is the best agent I have ever met!! She went above and beyond to make sure my house is prepared for a successful sale and it did. She is highly professional and caring. I was selling my house during a very stressful time, but I felt in control knowing that Tamara can handle everything for me. In the end, we achieved great result. Thank you so much Tamara

I just had an extremely pleasant and smooth experience in engaging Nick Separovich and his team in campaigning my Chatswood property. Like the old saying says " Pursue the Excellence and Success will follow; Pants down".... Olivia is the worst agent every met before. After some arguments on settlement she blames on due to "lack of communications" reason and not thinking it's because of her unprofessional in servicing her customer. I would recommended her since this is a multi-cultural country, she would really need to focus on understanding her customer needs. I would definitely not do any business with her again nor introducing all my friends to her and she definitely damaged Mcgrath reputation.
