If google review have zero star i will give them Zero star, called office number 9.45AM on Friday morning, no one pick up, called the PM , said wrong number, the number is on your website! 
Called the assistance, Go to voice mail straight away.

I had a lot of  tenant repair issues with my tenant before taking the property to cubic to manage-- when i took the property management to cubic,  they were clear on what I need to spend money on, and what was simply ridiculous demands.  Please dont get me wrong, I respect tenants have rights, but at the same time, a lot of owners gets pushed around and their rights gets lost in transition. I like them for standing up for me.
