The most horrible real estate agents you can find. The guy is rude and will not adhere to any requests and try to rob you of your bond by trying to deduct as much money as they can. The property rented to us was not properly cleaned and smelled of animal urine which they declined to. Lastly they gave us a notice of 1 month telling us they will sell the apartment however we see an advertisement for renting at a higher price as soon as we leave the apartment. Never hire them as your agent nor rent from them.
Stay away from this company. They ignore repair requests and believe it is ok to have tenants live in places with mould, broken doors, holes in benches and cardboard for range hood ducting. And when they send a “handy man” to inspect for repairs they never return to complete the job.
