Rented from these complete morons for 2 years with nothing but problems. Refused to remove mold from bathrooms and we were told to keep the doors open  whilst having a shower so that it doesn't happen. After a pipe burst they wanted to charge us for damages even though it was their fault for not replacing it after we warned them multiple times. BE AWARE OF THIS REAL ESTATE . If you rent from them make sure ALL PROBLEMS ARE WRITTEN ON YOUR CONDITION REPORT.  They will make you do a "professional clean which unless stated on your contract is illegal. They use you so that they don't spend money themselves.
