I would like to take time to thank Anne D we have been tenants with Anne now for thirteen years, this should speak for itself. We have always been treated as real people rather than just tenants. When something needs to be organised it has  been done with the minimum of fuss and stress to us. Always been treated with professionalism  and  kindness. Many many thanks Anne. I'd like to say a big thank you to Lesley for being so kind and thoughtful (especially when arranging inspections over the past few years) and I really appreciate that she treated me like a valued client rather than a tenant who was just another income generator for the owner. Lesley is easily one of the most helpful and professional Property Managers I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with.  She treated me with the utmost professionalism and I've never felt like 'just a tenant'.  I can only hope I'm as fortunate with my new agents. Shead Property is lucky to have you Lesley. I have had rent houses several times with 4 other agents for my life.  Shead is the best real estate ever. I moved to another area. While I stayed at my old unit Artarmon, the lease manage Anne was great. Whenever I  need something fixed, she made anything done very quickly. Her response is excellent. If I move to that area, I definitely contact Shed.
