Managed my unit for over a year. Charges were inconsistent. paid utilities late: passed on late payment fees to me. Would only produce a tax statement for $35 on request. When I gave them notice they suggested they could reduce their fees 50%. Too late. My experience with this Company has been and ongoing battle. They ignore e-mails phone calls and lie; I manage my own property now. NO stress! I advised today that I was writing a review as they wanted to charge me another $35.00 for a tax statement.
